Research On Municipal Engineering Cost Management Based On Risk Control Theory

This paper first introduces the research background of the subject,the various processes of municipal engineering cost risk management,and combines specific examples,using value engineering to simply compare the economic,social and environmental benefits generated by the two construction schemes of urban pipe network,and with sensitive Sexual analysis methods analyze the main risk factors affecting project cost.The paper cuts into the scope and characteristics of the municipal engineering project,briefly describes the meaning of the project cost and the pricing method,and focuses on the risk control theory,including the risk source,the classification of risk,the probability classification of risk and the risk control management system.The risk control process is the identification and assessment,response and control of municipal engineering cost risk,and the introduction of value engineering in the municipal engineering cost risk management,in the specific stages of decision-making,design,construction and operation.In the case analysis chapter,a specific project in Nanchang City is cited,and the underground pipeline engineering is used as the research model for analysis and research.Based on the investigation,the method of value engineering is used to determine the way of the integrated pipe gallery is a higher value construction plan.Combined with sensitivity analysis method,labor cost,cement price,steel price,local material price and machinery fee are taken as factors to analyze the labor cost and steel price as the main risk factors affecting the total cost of the project.And the construction party's opinions on cost management have certain application value,can effectively solve the problems in the current engineering practice,provide suggestions for the improvement and cost of the cost control management system,and put forward the author's own strategy in light of China's national conditions.
