Research On Design Management Of Owner’s Hospital Based On Medical Technology

In our country’s "Thirteen-Five plan",we clearly put forward the overall goal of building a well-off society comprehensively,improving people’s living standard and quality,perfecting medical public service system and improving the basic public service level steadily.And with the people’s increasing demand for quality medical resources,as well as national level of attention to the cause of medical care,a large number of hospital building has sprung up.As a result,the hospital-type building is becoming more and more important as a kind of construction project which is closely related to its own medical process in public buildings.Experts and scholars at home and abroad began to study and explore the whole process of decision-making,planning,design,implementation and operation of medical building,and obtained some scientific research,but in general,the study of this kind is still lack,and the research process lags behind.Combining the research results of many experts,the author thinks that design management is the important link of hospital engineering construction,so the influence of design management on the project is decisive.However,the current hospital owners often pay attention to the design management is not enough,research is not thorough,resulting in the construction of hospital building projects in the process of creating a lot of problems,not only increased investment,delayed the duration.This paper is based on the problem-oriented,research on the related contents of the hospital architectural Design management which is based on the medical technology.The author thinks that the causes of these problems are mainly due to the characteristics of the hospital architecture,in which the shortage of medical process management,interface management and information management is the most prominent place in the hospital architectural design management.Hospital construction project is a complicated system engineering,if it can solve the problems of medical process design,interface management and information management in the design management of engineering construction,it can make the hospital as the subject of construction responsibility,carry out effective construction project design management,It also determines whether the investment value can be realized.Finally,it provides the basis for the research of this thesis through the Design Management practice of XX project of Beijing University First Hospital.
