With the increasing demand for clean energy in China,The natural gas industry is showing a growing trend,but the frequent occurrence of gas accidents also has to give priority to the maturity of the field of gas emergency decision-making.At present,decisions in the field of gas emergency decision mainly depend on the experience of decision makers.And the time of decision making is urgent and the pressure of decision is big,the decisions that we make often fail to achieve the best rescue effect.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,In recent years,many intelligent decision support systems have been introduced to help people make decisions in many areas.But in gas industry,the combination of gas and intelligent decision support system is rarely seen in literature.This paper will combine the knowledge of gas industry and intelligent decision support area,The concept and overall design of gas emergency decision support system is proposed.The specific research content of this article is as follows:(1)On the basis of the related knowledge of the gas industry,the definition,classification,classification,characteristics,accident causes and basic characteristics of gas emergencies are studied.The theory of gas emergency management is introduced in detail(2)The process and details of the standardization of gas emergency disposal are introduced.In the field of gas emergency decision,the emergency management theory,definition and objectives,frame structure,decision-making process and decision-making method are introduced in detail.(3)Applying case based reasoning(CBR)technology in the field of gas emergency decision making.The key methods in CBR are introduced in detail.On the method of case evaluation,application of TOPSIS or VIKOR method based on information entropy and grey correlation analysis is proposed.And the concrete steps of the solution are given.The above research has a certain role in promoting the development of gas emergency decision-making.It has reference value for the future development of intelligent gas.
