Research On The Spatial Reconstruction Of Old Industrial Plant Area Under The Background Of Urban Renewal

With the deepening of urban renewal,a new round of spatial restructuring is going on.More and more attention has been paid to the effective utilization of urban memory volume.As the material carrier of urban industrial development,the old industrial factory district has played an important role in the process of industrialization and is gradually declining.Under the guidance of urban space reconstruction,this paper focuses on how to transform a space driven by industrial development into a new space that can meet the new orientation of the city and meet the needs of industrial structure adjustment.In order to solve the regional decay,gather site vitality,improve the quality of space.In this paper,the author takes the urban old industrial area as the research object and discusses the space reconstruction of the old industrial factory in the city,in combination with the project of the second thermal power plant of Beijing.The research is carried out in the order of fundamental researches,problems study,strategies research,case verification and conclusion.First of all,in the basic research part of the paper,the author introduces the research background,related concepts,objects and scope of the old industrial plant space reconstruction,the current research status at home and abroad and significance of the research.Secondly,the paper researches the relative position of the old industrial plant and the city from time and space.The author studies the value of the old industrial plant and the difficulties that the old industrial factory is facing in the urban renewal,and points out the necessity of the space reconstruction of the old industrial factory,which provides the basis for the following space reconstruction objectives,design elements and reconstruction strategies.Thirdly,on the basis of the analysis of the current situation,this paper puts forward same influencing factors of spatial reconstruction,such as the spatial pattern,economic benefit,land use,spatial form and its combination,traffic organization and plant environment.In view of these design elements,the design framework of space reconstruction is formed,and the goals and principles of space reconstruction are pointed out.Then,this paper puts forward some strategies on the space reconstruction of the old industrial factory plant area from the urban spatial pattern,the function of the factory,spatial form and combination,traffic organization and plant environment.Finally,this paper takes the second thermal power plant of Beijing as an example to verify the proposed strategies.
