A Research On The Development Of Industrial Cluster Promoted By Government

As the continuous progress of our country's economy,the level of industrial development in various regions has been greatly improved.Industrial clusters,as a product of regional industrial transformation and upgrading,often represent the level of regional industry development and competitiveness.Local government took a series of actions according to local conditions to promote and drive the development of industrial clusters.However,still many governments lack professional knowledge and think that industry development is to attract investment;meanwhile,due to the insufficient policies and various reasons,local governments invested many manpower,materials and financial resources,but gained a little effect on the lagging development of industrial clusters.How should local government design the policies and take actions to promote the development of industrial clusters has become an important topic for academic research.In the shaping and development process of Wuhu new energy automobile industry cluster,local government plays a critical role and with obvious promotion.Is it effective enough to apply government promotion in the development of industrial clusters in the regions without attraction?What's the theoretical point for government to promote the industrial clusters?Any experience for reference?What's the path-forward for government to drive the development of industrial clusters?All these should be analyzed theoretically.This paper takes the new energy automobile industry clusters in Wuhu high-tech zone for example,introduces the related theories of industrial cluster,has a detailed analysis on the new automobile industry clusters in Wuhu High-tech zone,and puts forward the optimization actions and suggestions for the development of new energy automobile industry clusters in Wuhu High-tech Zone with reference to international successful cases.In view of the above,this paper has a discussion on its background,purpose,structure and technical routes at the beginning,introduces the related research status,and theories/concepts of industrial clusters'public policies and products.Then it takes Wuhu High-tech Zone as example,has an empirical analysis on the new energy automobile industrial cluster in the zone,looks into the actions they took to develop this industrial cluster,and summarizes the major problems in the process and their causes.Furthermore,it summarizes the successful experience how the developed country and area to drive industrial cluster base on related international cases.Finally,it puts forward the optimization actions and suggestions in terms of planning and public policies for the development of new energy automobile industry clusters in Wuhu High-tech Zone.
