China’s Photovoltaic Industry Economic Index Construction And Analysis Of Its Fluctuation Characteristics

In recent years,the rapid development of China’s economy has brought about a widening gap in the supply of energy,and traditional energy has been unable to meet the needs of economic development.As a newly emerging hot industry,the photovoltaic industry is characterized by its high efficiency and cleanliness,which is in line with the current social development trend.The importance it receives in China and even in the world is gradually increasing.The development of China’s photovoltaic industry started late,but the development speed is very fast.The industry is accompanied by certain blindness in the development process,and there are problems such as strong market volatility and insufficient profitability of enterprises.Monitoring and predicting the development trend of the photovoltaic industry can enhance the forward-looking nature of investment decisions and policy formulation within the industry,and it is conducive to the development of the industry.This paper composes the prosperity index of the photovoltaic industry by selecting the relevant financial indicators of listed companies in the photovoltaic industry,and adds macroeconomic indicators and Baidu Index to establish two sets of photovoltaic industry prosperity indices.Then compare and analyze the two sets of indicators to find out the most Good PV industry climate index.The results show that: business tax and surcharges,sales of goods,cash received from the provision of labor services,prepayments,labor costs and other indicators can be used to build a consistent index;inventory,accounts receivable,renewable energy Baidu Index and CSP Baidu Indicators such as indices can be used to construct a leading index.The composite index with macroeconomic factors is superior to the composite index with only the construction of financial indicators,indicating that macroeconomic factors have an indicative role in the development of China’s photovoltaic industry.Based on the analysis of the fluctuation characteristics of the prosperity index,the overall development of the photovoltaic industry has been good since 2015 and the industry has been stabilizing.
