The development of the construction industry causes serious environmental pollution and waste of resources.The growing shortage of resources and environmental pollution have aroused people's concern.In order to change this status and continue to deepen the concept of sustainable development,green buildings have emerged.As a large social energy consumer,the school has a low level of energy management,resulting in a large amount of waste of resources.Today,the development of green building is a must for the development of a special type of green campus.In order to change this situation,promote the process of sustainable development of society and implement sustainable education,the construction and promotion of green campuses cannot be delayed.In order to promote the development of a green campus,China issued the Green Campus Evaluation Standard CSUS/GBC 04-2013 in March 2013.However,there are some imperfections in the "Green Campus Evaluation Criteria" from the setting of indicators,their applicability,evaluation methods,and coverage.In order to promote the development of our country's green campus,the optimization and improvement of the green campus evaluation criteria is imminent.The green campus evaluation standard,as a guidance document for the green campus,severely restricts the realization and development of the green campus.Research on green campus evaluation standards has been a hot topic for many scholars at home and abroad.The focus is mainly on the following aspects: First,determine the evaluation index through investigation and study,and construct an evaluation model.Second,through the comparison of different evaluation systems,the evaluation criteria were improved.By comparing the evaluation criteria of green campuses at home and abroad,this paper proposes some suggestions for improvement to provide theoretical basis for theimprovement and upgrading of China's "Green Campus Evaluation Standards." Third,the strategic research on the objective of green campus evaluation standards is mainly based on technical means,such as water saving measures(realization of refined measurement)and energy conservation measures.Fourth,through the feedback of case studies through existing standards,the standards can be improved or new evaluation systems can be constructed.As an important content of green campus evaluation,indoor environmental quality has seriously affected the happiness index of teachers and students,and seriously affected work efficiency and learning efficiency.The research on campus indoor environmental quality abroad has always been the focus of the evaluation of green campus evaluation systems,while China's attention to the quality of indoor environment in green campuses is not high,while in China,the research on indoor environmental quality is mainly concentrated in the general architecture and green.There is little research on the indoor environment quality of campuses.To promote the development of green campuses in China and to further implement and promote the construction and development of green campuses,it is necessary to study and optimize the indoor environment quality.This article uses comparative analysis,questionnaires and other methods to compare the mature international green campus evaluation system with the "green campus evaluation standard" in terms of indoor environment quality from the aspects of life cycle,index participants and index categories.Analysis,in-depth analysis of the "green campus evaluation standards," the lack of indoor environmental quality indicators set up by learning foreign advanced evaluation system,summed up the improvement model,and finally using the questionnaire to verify the model.Through the above research,the paper finds the current lack of "green campus evaluation standards" and the direction of improvement,and gives an appropriate improvement model,to a certain extent,to make up for the lack of research in this area.At the same time,through comparative analysis from different perspectives,relevant participants can also have a deeper understanding of the evaluation system and deepen the understanding of practitioners,and thus promote the development of our country's green campus.
