The Research Of The Green Campus Evaluation Based On BIM Cloud Platforms

With the rapid development of China's green building and building information,green,energy saving,information technology will be the trend of China's construction industry.The development of green building in the brand-new normal must consider the campus construction.We should pay attention to the harmony between the campus and environment,so as to provide a healthy,comfortable and teaching practicality and using space for teachers and students.The core of the construction and evaluation of green campus is the comprehensive consideration of campus construction and campus environment.The evaluation system of green campus in our country is in the early stage of development,and the evaluation system is not sound,and National green campus evaluation standard are being revised for approval.The evaluation methods and strategies for the construction and the environment in the standards are facing the difficulties such as the large volume of the campus building,the variety of facilities and the complex working surface.Building Information Model(BIM)is a multidimensional model of information integrated technology,the information for the construction of the digital bearing and visual expression,Cloud Platform(Cloud Platforms)provides service based on the cloud for building information.In this paper,the green campus as the research object,through the analysis of connotation and standards,combined with the BIM cloud platform technology,striving to improve the efficiency and accuracy of BIM platform in the green campus evaluation,Specific studies are as follows:First of al,based on the theory of BIM technology,analyzing the characteristics of BIM cloud platform and software architecture system.summarizes the more mature domestic solution based on the BIM cloud platform,and provides the technical basis for the application of the green campus evaluation system.Secondly,the paper reviews the evaluation system of green campus in domestic and overseas,and analyzes their own characteristics and emphases,summarizes the connotation and characteristics of green campus in China.Through the research of traditional campus evaluation methods and strategies,this paper puts forward the green campus evaluation based on BIM cloud platform.Taking green campus evaluation criteria as the breakthrough point,Classification of campus evaluation criteria to adapt to the application based on BIM cloud platform;Through the information integration of the green campus evaluation model and the development of the cloud platform technology in the intelligent building,analyzing the operability of the green campus evaluation system,discoursing the process of construction of campus information evaluation model based on cloud platform,and generalizing the solution of the green campus construction consulting stage based on the BIM cloud platform.Through careful study of the six aspects of the green campus evaluation standard,combined with the BIM cloud platform technology,this paper summarizes the specific application of BIM cloud platform technology in the green campus evaluation system.Finally,through the specific study of primary school,junior middle school,vocational school,conducting basic evaluation based on BIM basic model,using the cooperation with various professional software of cloud platform and its strong simulation calculation ability,analyzing the application in BIM cloud platform in land use,park planning,environmental simulation,energy monitoring and index evaluation scoring,simple and fast and accurate completion.The evaluation of some indexes in green campus evaluation standard was completed in a simple,quick and accurate manner.This paper focus on the green campus,BIM cloud platform technology and green campus evaluation,demonstrates the feasibility and science rationality of BIM cloud platform technology in the green campus evaluation system.summarizes the detailed and specific application path and evaluation ideas.Through practical campus engineering case verification,BIM cloud platform technology can be applied to the scientific construction and evaluation of the campus,and has a strong advantage in the green campus construction and evaluation.Through the engineering case in real campus.This paper demonstrates the BIM cloud platform technology can be applied to the construction and evaluation of the campus through the actual campus engineering cases,and has a obvious advantage in the construction and evaluation of green campus.
