Study On The Renewal Of Laoshan East Village Public Space Under The Guidance Of Rural Tourism

From 2013 to 2018,the first document of the Central Committee issued the related policies on vigorously developing rural tourism for six consecutive years,which indicated the encouragement and support of the country to realize the industrial transformation through the development of rural tourism.With the acceleration of urbanization,the gap between urban and rural areas is gradually widening,and the urban pressure is increasing.By developing rural tourism to adjust the industrial layout and promote the linkage development of the first,second and third industries,it is conducive to attracting people,money,and materials to return to the countryside,thus realizing the positive interaction between urban and rural areas,so that the rural areas can achieve economic benefits.Social and environmental benefits of harmony and prosperity.The village in the eastern foot of Laoshan Mountain has the innate advantage of developing rural tourism.As the gateway of Laoshan scenic spot,the optimistic.Therefore,this paper takes the village of the eastern foot of Laoshan Mountain as the object of study,and discusses how the village can better realize the transformation of tourism industry.And how to renew the village public space to better meet the common needs of tourists and villagers.First of all,the research background,research object,research purpose,the significance of the study is clear,the rural tourism related research at home and abroad,the village public space related research has carried on the detailed comb,for below further research makes the theory foundation.Secondly,through the field investigation of the village in the eastern foot of Laoshan Mountain,and the questionnaire survey on the villagers and tourists,the paper explores the problems existing in the whole village level and the village public space level,and concludes four points: "the industrial development is weak"."the connotation of village culture has not been fully excavated","landscape system problem" and "form interface problem",its essence is "business state","text state","ecology" and "form".Then,put forward the renewal principle of village public space-"four-state fusion" principle.Thirdly,based on the existing problems in the eastern foot of Laoshan Mountain,the paper puts forward the method of constructing the whole level space of the village,that is,the thematic orientation and the overall layout of the village.According to the principle of renewal,the renewal strategy of village public space is put forward from four aspects: "readjustment of business form","promotion of text form","ecological construction" and "form optimization".Based on the new demand of tourism guidance and the resources and industry types of the village in the eastern foot of Laoshan Mountain,the study is carried out from two aspects: the implantation mode and the choice of the form type.On the basis of the characteristic culture of the village in the eastern foot of Laoshan Mountain,the promotion of literature is based on the reconstruction of the space cultural node,the activation of the public building space,and the introduction of public art."Ecological Construction" is based on the natural environment and topographic conditions of the village in the eastern foot of Laoshan Mountain,which is studied from two aspects: the introduction of landscape system on the whole level and the local level,and the "form optimization" is the beauty of the form under the guidance of tourism.On the premise of new demand such as optimization of traffic system.Finally,take the Qingshan village as an example to carry on the demonstration research,according to the village overall plane space construction way proposed above,clear the Qingshan village theme localization and the overall layout,carries on the renewal design to the village public space main space and the key position.This paper tries to put forward the rural tourism oriented construction under the village overall level space,strategies and methods as well as the village public space renewal,although it may summarize is relatively one-sided also has some limitations,but the need to pay attention to the tourism transformation of villages in the state,industry,ecology,four morphological problems in order to lead,and re thinking of promoting the tourism transformation village.Hope to provide some reference value for the tourism transformation are or will be in the village.
