With the development of public transportation in the urban area,the public bicycles are the best means of transportation for the “Last mile” of travel.In order to ameliorate urban environment,increase the capability of transportation and improve travel mode structure,some regulations are supported by different aspects,such as encourage the development of green transportation,“public bike + public transportation” travel mode and non-motorized modes.The Main research of this paper is consist of the basic theory of relevant characteristics index,typical complex network topology of the complex network theory and illustrate the characteristics of urban public bicycle rental network with complex network characteristics indicators.The research starts from the finding of literature relating to the development history and public bicycles system.Firstly,current literature are reviewed the relevant aspects of urban public bicycles demand forecasting,the location and the quantity of bicycle parking stations,but the research gap is relevant studies on the macroscopic characteristics of an urban bicycles complex system.Secondly,urban public bicycle rental network station spacing,transfer characteristics,site-scale leveling,spatial distribution and tidal traffic are key elements of this survey.After analysis of these elements,the demonstration of instability and imbalance of the urban public bicycle rental system will be discuss from the aspects of public bicycles rental demand and influencing factors.Also,the complex network theory will analyze the scale-free and small world characteristics.The discussion of stability of the urban public bicycle loan repayment system will including the site degree,inference and bearing pressure.At the end of this research frame will shows the research progress of actual network of public bicycles system in Weifang City.The conclusions about the bearing pressure characteristics and the location of Hub points will describe the public bicycles network in Weifang.Based on the characteristics of the Hub points,the bi-level planning model constructs by the objective function.And objective function includes the total cost of the system construction,lease points repayment payment and the site carrying capacity.Meanwhile,the analysis of the needs of borrowing and retiring of public bicycles system will use the bi-level planning model.After the discussion,some improvements suggestions in public bicycles management and planning will be shown.The main works of this paper can be shown as follows:(1)The literature review will include the development history and research status of the public bicycles sharing system survey.Application of complex network in public transportation is proposed,the background and significance of studying the public system are given.(2)The complex network theory model is used to verify the urban public bicycles network and obtained the complex network Hub point.The complex network indicators have analyzed the characteristics and the stability of the network.(3)Based on the Hub point,the bi-level planning model will be built.And the optimal location selection of urban public bicycle stations will be chosen.The complex network Hub points are used as the primary lease information of public bicycle stations' location.The bi-level planning model based on the analysis of the analysis of the demand point of traffic communities.Also,the optimal destination of the public Hub network is established.According to the results of studies,the improvement of the Internet Hub point will give some improvement measures as the conclusion of this dissertation.
