Urban rail transit has the characteristics of large volume, high speed, safety, punctuality, energy saving and environmental protection, which is the backbone of urban public transport network. It carries a large number of passengers and is often affected by mass passenger flow, which is the result of the rush hour,large-scale activity, holidays and severe weather. In the city where the rail transit is mature, rail transit system present network operation state. So the impact of a mass passenger flow on one station will spread to other stations along the line. When the mass passenger flow occurs at the transfer station, the superposition of passenger flow from multiple lines and multiple directions will further expand the impact. How to quickly and effectively handle large passenger flow is the key to the safe and efficient operation of rail transit systems. The study results of mass passenger flow propagation mechanisms, rail passenger transportation method and emergency transport bus organization at home and abroad have been summarized. The existing study results are mainly aimed at the emergency evacuation organization of regular buses after the rail transit line breaks. The problem how to cooperate with conventional buses under the condition that rail transit capacity still exist is rarely considered.Taking this problem as the starting point, the study emphasis is determined to be the mass passenger flow evacuation model and strategy, and the technical route to solve this problem is expounded. The process of passenger boarding, alighting and transferring have been analyzed in this paper. The most complex and influential mass passenger flow in the transfer station has been classified as an example. And the safety threshold of passenger flow to judge whether the station is affected by the large passenger flow has been determined.Through the analysis of the different skip stop strategy comparison and ground bus characteristics,a collaboration strategy between rail transit and regular public transportation has been given. While adjusting the stop-station plan to excavate the rail transit capacity,it assists the regular public transport which is flexible and convenient scheduling,to achieve the goal of improving the speed of large passenger traffic.Through the abstraction and simplification of the 3 entities of passenger, station and train in the rail transit system and the analysis of the process of the passenger flow, the process of passenger transport, transfer, train and station status updates have been described, and the simulation of the large passenger flow in the transfer station has been realized, which used to analyze the impact of large passenger flow at the transfer station and the implementation effect of the cooperative delivery organization program.Considering the three goals of dredging time, transferring passengers and the number of emergency buses,a collaborative organization model has been established and the model will be solved by genetic algorithm.Referring to the rail transit network in one domestic city, the influence on the other stations in the line network has been analyzed when the mass passenger flow appeared in the transfer station. The cooperative organization model has been solved in this background. In the simulation, the influence of mass passenger flow event has been controlled by the cooperative evacuation scheme, and the time of evacuation has been shortened.
