The combination of prefabricated building technology and building energy saving technology is the trend of China's construction industry,with high application value and wide promotion prospect.Due to the late start of the assembly building in China,compared with the developed countries,building energy-saving technology is relatively backward compared with the developed countries,which needs further research work to support and promote the development of our country's assembly building technology and energy-saving technology.The large rural area in China,the promotion of prefabricated buildings in rural housing can accelerate the development of China's assembly building industry.The wall panel is an important part of the assembled building and energy saving building.In witch the mechanical properties are related to the safety and durability of the wall,the connection technology of the wall mainly reflects the assembled level,and the thermal performance of the wall is directly related to the thermal insulation performance and energy consumption of the assembled buildings.In order to achieve the goal of good mechanical performance,high degree of assembly and the integration of structure insulation.In 2017,Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of The peoples Republic of China project“Study on the performance and application technology of new type low-rise prefabricated tailing concrete composite wallboard”included the goal of making the exterior wall panels of prefabricated low-rise residential buildings with good mechanical properties,high degree of assembly,and structure.Insulation integration,etc.This topic is based on this project.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.With the design of design of assembled composite wallboard was put forward.A new kind of composite wallboard was put forward.A kind of tailing sand-waste brick granular foam concrete was developed.The foam concrete and graphite poly and proposed a new type of column-reinforced steel frame structure force form,using ordinary concrete as the structural layer of the wallboard.2.Aiming at the proposed new low-rise assembly type composite wallboard,the vertical connection structure and the horizontal connection structure of the wall are proposed from the perspective of design so that the utility model has the advantages of reliable connection,simple manufacture and convenient installation.Meanwhile,two types of connection structures are proposed Corresponding construction methods.3.In this paper focus on designing one 1/2 scale prefabricated sandwich panel CW-1 and two 1/2 fold new type low-rise assembly type composite wall panel TW-1and TW-2.The specific axial compression ratio conditions Under the pseudo-static test.Among them,CW-1 was taken as a contrast test.TW-1 and TW-2 were tested under the same conditions of steel consumption by changing the number and spacing of structural core legs.Figure out the destruction of the new low-rise assembly-type wall panels,damage morphology and force characteristics.4.Through the data recorded in the test,the stress characteristics of the three panels such as cracking load,yield load,ultimate load,yield displacement and ultimate displacement were studied.Hysteresis curves,skeleton curves and stiffness degradation curves of three specimens were drawn according to the experimental data.The ductility coefficient and energy dissipation capacity of three specimens were analyzed.The experimental results show that the bearing capacity of TW-1 and TW-2specimens is slightly higher than that of CW-1 specimens.Compared with CW-1specimens,the TW-1 and TW-2 specimens show lower overall seismic capacity and energy dissipation capacity Has been improved,with good seismic performance and energy consumption.5.The optimal thickness of the foam concrete with composite thermal insulation layer of low-rise assembly type composite wallboard is 60mm and the heat transfer coefficient is 0.31(W/m~2·K)by using the theoretical calculation and the thickness,bulk density and thermal commonality of the wallboard.Based on which a theoretical calculation of thermal commonality of prefabricated sandwich panels was carried out at the same time.The calculated results show that the bulk density and wall thickness of prefabricated sandwich panels with similar heat transfer coefficient are larger than the designed new low-rise assembled composite wall panels.The thermal experiment of the new composite wallboard was further carried out.Comparing the measured value with the theoretical calculation value,it was found that there was little difference between the two,which proves that the new composite wallboard has good thermal commonality and meets the energy saving requirement of 75%.6.In the premise of the same size under different wall thickness,the economic performance of the precast sandwich wall and the new low layer assembled composite wallboard were analyzed.The results show that the new low layer assembly type composite wall precast sandwich wall than low cost 27.61%,has very wide application value.
