After the reform and opening up,the national each enterprise vigorous development,manufacturing enterprise through the reform of quickly to carry out the production and processing business,the production scale expands rapidly.As to further reform and opening up,China's manufacturing industry is facing competition from the same industry,but also facing the great challenge of the foreign capital enterprise.Compared with foreign manufacturing enterprises,production tools manufacturing enterprises in our country is relatively backward,management model,operating model conformism.In addition,with the development of market economy,the diversification of small batch products and mass line product demand,the production and processing enterprises of machinery and equipment,technical method,technological process,management mode and puts forward the new challenges.Manufacturing enterprises in China is facing competition from around the world,from enhancing their own comprehensive strength,the introduction of foreign advanced technology and equipment,and improve the modern operation management mode.From the production management level,strengthen the production planning and control work,integrate the internal and external advantage resources,to do a good job of coordinating production and operations management.At present,China's manufacturing enterprises are facing large inventories,many varieties,batch is different,the problem such as delivery cycle is long,if you want to change the manufacturing enterprises in our country is facing the reality of the problem,the optimization of production planning and control is an effective measure to scientific organization operations.M company is after the reform and opening-up of Jilin province key support auto parts manufacturing enterprises,after years of development,the market share already occupy the top of jilin province,facing the market economy under the conditions of competition from the world,is seeking to change management model,to seek improvement measures from the Angle of production and operation.Based on the production planning and control of M company as the research content,through the analysis of M company production operation situation,find out the existing in the production planning and control of don't match with actual production process,through improved production planning and control,to optimize the allocation of resources,reduce the production cost,improving the management effect,improve customer satisfaction.This paper mainly consists of five parts: the first part,mainly elaborates the background,significance and domestic and foreign research literature of this study;To review and summarize the second part,through the theory related to the current research of the theory of production operation,including production planning management theory,material requirement planning and manufacturing resources plan,lean production theory and constraint theory,theory of bottleneck;The third part,in-depth analysis about the present situation of M company production planning and control,understand the production plan and control the status quo,from the material requirement planning and manufacturing resources plan,lean production,function,operation and management,such as Angle of view to analyze problems,and from the aspects such as organizational structure,the degree of informationization,supervision and management to analyze the causes of the problem,provide the basis for the following problem solving;The fourth part,it is problem solving part of this study,is the most important achievements of theory and practice of this study,use all value judgment,the author gives M production planning and control problem of optimization scheme,mainly includes the optimization principle and target,organization optimization,production planning and control system from several aspects;The fifth part,we give the optimized plan implementation safeguard and effect assessment,implementation safeguard including perfect rules and regulations,strengthen supervision and inspection and enforcement,strengthening the construction of system,etc.,and to evaluate the desired effect,and comprehensive,dynamic improvement;Finally,it is expected that this research has some reference to M company's production plan and control optimization.
