FD company is a leading enterprise in the domestic electrical equipment production industry,with products covering the Middle East,Africa,Southeast Asia and other places,and the number of exports in the same industry in China is the first.However,in recent years,with the increasing competition caused by overcapacity,the cost of manpower and raw materials are increasing.The power production enterprises in China are facing the pressure of increasing cost and decreasing profit.The poor competition and supply environment make them face multiple pressures of shortening delivery time,improving product reliability,reducing cost and improving service.With the development of enterprises,the original production plan has not met the company's efficient production management mode.FD company's products are multi variety and small batch business model,and there will be many changes after signing the contract,including many changes in the design process after signing the contract with the provincial and municipal units after winning the bid,which puts forward higher requirements for production scheduling and change of production plan.With the more and more strict requirements of customers on the supply period and quality of supply,the current supply period is not timely,the delivery rate of production orders is low,the production plan management system can not provide guarantee for product delivery,and too many urgent orders cause the production link to be tired of coping with.Finished product inventory,semi-finished product inventory,raw material inventory and in-process inventory are rising every year,which can not guarantee the normal supply of goods.Based on the above problem decomposition,this paper takes FD company's production plan management optimization as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the company's production plan system,and explores a set of production plan management methods suitable for the company.Combined with the case analysis of the existing problems in the current management process,combing the unreasonable factors in the production planning business process,according to the data support provided by the existing system,find out the optimization scheme for further implementation.Based on the summary of FD company's production plan management optimization,aiming at the company's current operation mode of multi variety and small batch due to inadequate prediction,this paper puts forward that the main production plan has no core according to the project plan.On the basis of the control and improvement of the project plan,it absorbs the advantages of the traditional mode,proposes the rolling production plan strategy+TOC theory,and puts forward the multi variety and small batch operation plan It can effectively solve the bottleneck of FD company's production process,and also provide theoretical reference for related multi variety small batch enterprises.
