The low-rise light steel-straw brick housing is a house with light steel frame,which is no more than 3 layers,less than 40 kg/m~2 of steel quantity and with straw brick as the maintenance structure.Light steel structure is environmental-friendly,which is of good seismic resistance and high recovery efficiency.Straw brick is also good to the environment and has a low price and high output.As a result,the combination of light steel structure and straw brick is of theoretical significance and practical value in solving the problem about the popularization of light steel structure in rural area.In this paper,the design and research of low-rise light steel-straw brick housing in rural area is mainly carried out the following aspects of the work:(1)Though introducing the advantages and disadvantages of clay brick,straw brick and ALC board,and comparing the basic parameters of its corresponding wall,it draws a conclusion that straw brick wall has a good sound insulation performance,thermal insulation properties and fire resistance.Then,in order to prove the applicability of light steel-straw brick housing in rural area,three different examples are designed for the same rural housing in Zhengzhou,Henan Province,which includes brick masonry,light steel-straw brick and light steel-ALC board.This is aimed to carry out the analysis of strength,stiffness and stability by PKPM,energy saving analysis by PBECA,and then calculates the cost by hand.On the basis of energy saving,it is found that,as for the cost,light steel-straw brick housing is higher less than 10%,when comparing to brick masonry,and has a good ductility and civilized shorter construction.On the basic of better stability,it is found that,as for the cost,light steel-straw brick housing is lower than 20%,when comparing to light steel-ALC board housing,and has a lower steel quantity that is less than 12%.(2)Using simplified design methods to design nodes,and standardized the results by beam height.For founding out the influence of extended length L and connected thickness B to joint stress and mass,Ansys Workbench is used to get the law of node optimization.Through establishing 138 models,it is found that the sensitivity of L is higher than B.The joint is the best mode when L is equal to(96%±1%)2h as well as B is equal to the design value.At last,using Tekla to give the optimized node graphs and material lists for adapting to the development of information age.
