Application Design Of Light Steel Rural Straw House In Jiaodong Peninsula

With the development of new rural construction in China, the infrastructure and theconstruction of spirit civilization is unfolding in an orderly manner. Rural house as animportant part of the construction of new rural, need to get rid of the some commoncharacteristics like low thermal comfortable, high energy consumption, backwardness intechnique and research a new form in design and construct.Based on the field research in Qingdao，investigated the structure and existing state ofrural house, with compared, induction and refining, innovatively proposed light steel ruralstraw house this new form in construction. Light steel house is an environmental friendly, safeand flexibility in interior space structure. Straw is agricultural waste material, using the strawresources in rural house can reduce the pollution of burning and energy consumptionsignificantly, improve the indoor thermal environment effectively. The reasonablecombination of the two will have a more comfortable living environment.Based on the climate characteristic and the habits of day life in Qingdao this paper givesthree sets of plan of rural house. Also building envelopes that consider the problems anddefects appeared in the rural house when researched. The insulating materials not only usestraw-bale and straw-board but also a new kind straw insulating material call “straw module”,which milled straw, lime into powder, add catalyst and hardening agent with right proportionsand tightly compaction, wrapped with foil cloth. This “straw module” has better thermalinsulation, moisture-proof performance and easy to assemble. Use Ecotect，Airpak to simulatethermal environment. According to the different characteristic of light steel structure and strawhouse, show the practice and graphic of important node, especially inside corner detail, likewall, window and roof. Considering the possible problems in the process of construction andusing, analyze the causes and propose solutions, Especially in the fire proofing, soundinsulation, prevent the heat bridge etc. Also give some definition and specification in designand construction process.Hope that through the set of words, graphics and data support to make more peoplefollow light steel straw rural house principle and advantages with interest, do depth research,and popularized this kind of rural house in the construction of new rural in our country.
