Layout Standardized Design And Diversity Application Research Of Light Steel Prefabricated Rural House

Under the development of Neo-country of socialism, great changes in the way of life and production of farmers lead to changes in the demand for living. The rural house changes to massive need, high quality, low cost and less processing time. Light steal structure, as a low layer building structure, has many advantages such as fast construction, good seismic performance, energy saving, environmental protection, good living performance, flexible layout and so on, is well fitted for rural areas.The premise of the popularization of the light steel prefabricated rural house in the countryside is the standardization. Standized layout can meet majority people’s housing needs and determines the rural house construction parts of types and sizes, helping facilitate construction parts change from simple to complicated, as well as rural housing industrial production and prefabricated construction. This paper aims at the lack of the research on standardization of the light steel prefabricated rural house in China. Taking Beijing area as an example, researches on the standardization design of the layout and put forward the strategy of diversification design. The specific content of the paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the social and economic background of the development of light steel structure residential buildings in rural areas of China, from which we can see that the light steel housing has the good development condition and the necessity. And then clarifies the relevant concepts and analysis the dialectical relationship between standardization and diversification of rural house. At the same time, it is found that the bottleneck of the development of light steel structure residence in rural areas. Hopes to provide technical support for the popularization and application of it in Beijing area, fill in the lack of research in the field of architectural design, and provide the basis for the standardization of the standard.The second chapter is the study and research of related theories. Sorts out the relevant research and practice of domestic and foreign light steel structure residence, and summarizes six ways of combination of residential standardization design.In the third chapter, through the field investigation and data collection, the current situation and characteristics of the overall layout of rural housing in Beijing are analyzed; Analysis of the status quo and use requirement of each functional space in the rural house, and put forward the appropriate size suggestions; Finally summarizes the future development trend of rural housing and the diversification of demand.The fourth chapter is the research on the standardization of the light steel prefabricated rural house in Beijing. Decomposes the rural house into eight unit modules on the basis of different functional space, and then determines the suit dimensions for each unit module according to the space size recommendations in previous chapter, ultimately gets eight standard units which can meet the different functions, and to be arranged.The fifth chapter is the research on the diversification strategy of light steel prefabricated rural house in Beijing area. With the combination, replacement, increase or decrease of the standard units, diversifies the rural house layout according to different family structures and different life styles; put forward the solution to the demand of the life cycle of rural house.
