With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive strength,the size of the city has gradually expanded,and the daily traffic volume of residents has increased significantly,and urban congestion has also become very serious.Urban rail transit has become a necessary choice for China to solve the urban traffic problems based on its characteristics of safety,stability,convenience,punctuality and large capacity.In the period of major festivals or large events,a large number of citizens will travel by rail transport.This situation will occur in the station to produce large passenger flows,which will have an impact on the operation of the station.Although the sudden large passenger flow is a low-frequency event,but the problem is very sharp,how to reasonably configure the capacity and take what measures,is a problem worthy of study.Based on the theoretical background of urban rail transit's sudden large passenger flow,this paper discusses the operation organization plan of urban rail transit.This paper first analyzes the causes of urban rail transit to form a sudden large passenger flow,analyzes the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics,and classifies the source of the sudden large passenger flow in the urban rail transit system,the formation of the sudden large passenger flow and the time characteristics of the sudden large passenger flow formation and evacuation.Then it analyzes the impact of rail transit capacity and station passenger flow on operation organization.In the aspect of traffic capacity,the influence of train passing capacity on traffic density is analyzed,the upper limit of passenger flow in station and the capacity of railway station train to transport passengers are analyzed,and the modes of vehicle retention and dispatching organization are effectively used.The capacity of station passenger flow is mainly analyzed by factors such as the guidance of the maximum passenger flow in the station,the environment of the station and other factors,and the types of the transfer mode are discussed.The factors affecting the organization plan of the sudden large passenger flow are analyzed,including the improvement of the service level,the reduction of the complexity of the operation organization and the coordination with other modes of transportation.A detailed explanation is made.After that,the operation organization method of the large passenger flow in the urban rail transit system and outside the system is studied respectively,and the passenger flow organization and control and the system energy adjustment are expounded.The methods of train formation,all day train planning,train routing and stop stations are analyzed,and various methods are compared.The restrictive factors and the applicable conditions between them.In the case of large passenger flow in urban rail transit system,by rationally increasing the logarithm of the subway train to evacuate the sudden large passenger flow,the state variables should be analyzed to determine the state of sudden large passenger flow,the capacity of the urban rail transit line,the capacity of reentry,the capacity of the station and the capacity of the station channel.Ability is a constraint.The function model of the maximum passenger evacuation in a unit time is constructed to calculate the number of trains running within a unit time to ensure the safety of the station and the safety of the train.Finally,the results of the forecast of passenger flow in line 1 of Lanzhou rail transit in 2019 are analyzed by the special report on passenger flow forecast of Lanzhou Urban Rail Transit Line No.1.The situation of sudden large passenger flow which may occur during the new year's Day holiday in Lanzhou Metro Line 1 is studied,and the applicable conditions of various operational organization methods are concluded.The operation plan of this sudden large passenger flow has been set.
