With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,there are more and more large-scale activities held in major cities,such as sports competitions,concerts,cultural festivals and exhibitions.Large-scale activities will cause a large number of people to gather and scatter.At the same time,during holidays,people choose to travel on a larger scale.Although the probability of sudden large passenger flow is very low,once it happens,it is difficult to deal with it.How to implement effective passenger flow optimization control management,make the passenger flow in the site orderly and stable operation,reduce the passenger flow surge causing congestion and stampede,so as to avoid casualties and economic losses is a problem worth studying.This paper takes the organization and management of sudden large passenger flow as the research object,expounds the definition and causes of sudden large passenger flow,makes an in-depth analysis of the harm and characteristics of sudden large passenger flow,studies the organization measures of sudden large passenger flow,and selects Tianjin subway,which has become increasingly frequent with large passenger flow,as the research area.Through collecting the data of large passenger flow of Tianjin subway during holidays,large-scale activities of Meijianghuizhanzhongxin Zhan,the football game and concert of Shuishanggongyuandonglu Zhan,it makes a comparative analysis of passenger flow characteristics after statistical summary to grasp the characteristics of sudden large passenger flow of Tianjin subway.Based on the passengers' walking route,this paper studies the passenger organization measures of the sudden passenger flow at the entrance and exit of the station,the station hall and the critical control point in the platform,and controls the passenger volume at the station according to the principle of "fast exit and slow entry",and systematically proposes the reasonable passenger organization and response measures of each critical control point,so as to provide a reference for the operation and management of the station and provide a basis for further research on the sudden passenger flow of rail transit.
