| With the development of today’s economic market,in order to adapt to the environment,the construction industry has made corresponding changes,construction engineering market competition is also very fierce.Under these conditions,the previous traditional management model has been unable to keep up with the pace of The Times.Therefore,the supply chain theory comes into being,which is an effective method to improve the efficiency of project management.This paper mainly studies the relationship between project schedule and inventory in the context of engineering supply chain.If it is reflected in the research model in this paper,it is the relationship between schedule and cost.In the conventional research,the direct cost in the project is constant,but actually this does not conform to the project reality,when the project schedule is optimized,the direct cost is also variable.Compared with general inventory optimization,the resource demand in this paper is made according to the project schedule,which is a process of dynamic optimization.Based on the previous studies,this paper makes a more detailed and practical study on the progress and inventory of the project.For enterprises with various projects and complex tasks at present,making reasonable schedule plans and adopting reasonable inventory optimization method to manage the allocation of resources in project construction can enable the construction unit to complete the project ahead of schedule,save resources and reduce costs.This is more in line with the idea of engineering supply chain.From a lot of engineering practice experience,it is not difficult to see that engineering supply chain management can reduce the cost between enterprises and increase their income.In order to more relevant to the engineering practice,this paper mainly make a work is the construction of the research progress of optimization and scheduling problems,contractor and material order between the supplier and its own inventory optimization problem,combining to consider is the construction schedule and inventory optimization research,its no matter in theory or practice,has very important significance.Schedule optimization and inventory optimization are the core of project management.Moreover,if the material consumption can be reduced and the inventory can be kept in the optimal stateaccording to the project schedule,many unnecessary costs will be reduced.In this paper,genetic algorithm(ga)to the simulation of project construction progress,simulation,analysis and so on optimization,engineering construction network diagram can be drawn from,so as to calculate the demand for resources,time limit and be optimized and increase the cost of the resource demand also can calculate the inventory cost,combined with the total cost and time limit for a project to establish the utility function to find the optimal solution. |
