In order to fully implement the intensive management requirements of the national grid operation and maintenance materials,accelerate the construction of a scientific grid operation and maintenance material supply chain management system,and improve the performance of power grid operation and maintenance materials supply chain management,the State Grid's subordinate T grid to build energy measurement materials throughout the city The central library-power supply branch-the three-level inventory management system of the station.Due to the existence of uncertain supply,T grid company's existing inventory management strategy leads to the dilemma of high energy inventory inventory level.Establishing a scientific and optimized inventory control strategy under uncertain supply has become the control of energy metering materials inventory.The focus of optimization.This paper studies the optimization of inventory management and control strategy for energy metering materials based on supply uncertainty.First of all,through the past scholars in the supply of uncertain inventory management theory review,the inventory management model that meets the characteristics of electric energy measurement materials is proposed-supply uncertain inventory control and optimization.Secondly,based on the basic idea of inventory optimization and control based on supply uncertainty,considering the characteristics of energy measurement material production verification,the inventory model of energy measurement material supply uncertainty is established,and the high customer service level is proposed as the key constraint condition.Then,based on the inventory control model of electric energy measurement under the uncertainty of supply,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal solution of the inventory optimization model under the inventory control strategy.Finally,through the optimization of the inventory control optimization model for the supply of energy measurement materials under uncertainty,the optimal cost control is used to guide,adjust and design the inventory control strategy under the uncertainty of supply that meets the characteristics of T-Grid's energy measurement materials.The research results of this paper show that the existing management strategy of T grid company is not optimal for the inventory management of energy metering materials under the supply uncertainty environment.Compared with the original inventory management strategy of T grid company,the inventory control model of supply energy measurement under the uncertainty of supply is not small,but the total annual cost is down 14.3%,and the annual average inventory level is down by 17.8%.For T grid company,the inventory management method with uncertain supply not only ensures a high level of customer service,reduces the inventory level of electric energy metering materials,improves the inventory turnover rate,and the cost associated with electric energy metering materials has been obtained.The optimization has improved the value of the T grid company,and also provided a reference for the manager to formulate the corresponding inventory control optimal strategy under the uncertainty of supply.
