With the continuous development and improvement of China?s high-speed railway network,the high-speed railway hub station has become the important link of the urban comprehensive transportation system and the tie linking different traffic modes.The construction and improvement of the high-speed railway hub station are intended to connecting and coordinating closely a variety of traffic modes,also to improve the transfer efficiency,so as to meet better the different passengers? transfer demands.However,it has been found by investigation that the transfer efficiency of some high-speed railway hub stations,which have been put into operation is not high enough.The phenomena,such as long waiting time,long transfer distances,and mismatched transportation capacities of different transfer modes in the hub station,have caused a significant decrease in transfer efficiency.This paper takes the method of system engineering to describe the main contradiction of the problem accurately,when analyzing the influence factors of transfer efficiency,and proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to solve it.It is of great significance to improve the transfer efficiency of the hub station,to reduce passenger transfer time,to improve the transportation system,and to provide passengers with quality and efficient distribution and transfer services.Firstly,based on collating and summarizing the achievements of domestic and abroad research,the paper gives a general introduction to the relevant concepts,basic principles of transfer linkage,and functions of high-speed railway hub stations,and introduces the transfer modes from both internal and external transfer to lay the theoretical foundation and logical framework.Secondly,considering the internal and external environment of high-speed railway hub station comprehensively,the paper analyzes the influence factors from two aspects,which are internal influence factors and external ones.Besides,the paper identifies the direct and indirect factors that have impacts on transfer efficiency by the integration of DEMATEL and ISM,in order to reference of improving the transfer efficiency and of constructing or reconstructing high-speed railway hub stations.Lastly,due to the fuzzy and complexity of the evaluation of the high-speed railway hub stations transfer efficiency,the paper establishes a transfer efficiency evaluation system of high-speed railway hub stations,which includes 3 criterion layers and corresponding 12 specific indicators,and an evaluation model of transfer efficiency based on IEM-Vague is set up.The weights of indexes are determined by use of IEM.Taking Lanzhouxi Railway Station as an example,the evaluation model of transfer efficiency is built by using Vague sets theory.According to the evaluation results,the paper provides reference of the analysis of the transfer connection and the operation organization and management of the high-speed railway hub stations.
