In the era of rapid urbanization, more and more people are coming into the city.On the one hand, the land expansion in the built-up area leads to the breakage and disappearance of the ecological green space. On the other hand, the high-density living environment needs high quality recreational green space as an important carrier. As a space of natural ecological conservation and interpersonal social interaction, wetland park can alleviate the pressure of supply and demand of urban green space and play a decisive role in regional development. In the face of such a multi-functional wetland space, which include ecological conservation, tourism development, community life, cultural education, and so on,it is a certain lag in the field of planning research. In planning practice, the spatial design of wetland parks is mostly static blueprint oriented thinking. When dealing with periodic disturbances such as economic and social factors,it is difficult to achieve the desired effect. At the same time, planners are the space designers of leading recreational function positioning, road network organization, and scenic resources development.Due to the lack of multiple needs and behavioral preferences for tourists,it weakens the implementation benefit of the planning adjustment to a certain extent.Based on the above background, this paper introduces the relevant theory of adaptive management. In view of the recreation space of the Wetland Park,a systematic study is carried out from the theoretical level to the practical level.First of all,we established the research perspective and carrier of this study, taking the interaction process between planning supply and social needs as the research perspective, and taking the social value of this relationship as a research carrier.Secondly, the operation mechanism of Wetland Park adaptive planning is analyzed, including three core elements of tourists, recreation space and social value, and the cycle operation process of three interactions. Finally, the adaptive planning model of the wetland park is constructed, including four scenarios of supply and demand relationship and the planning evaluation system for supporting the operation of the model. On this basis, the empirical research of Xixi National Wetland Park is selected to verify the feasibility of the theoretical model construction. The main contents of this paper include the following three parts. The first part is the research background and the related research review, including the first chapter and the second chapter. It focuses on the background, purpose, and significance of the study, research methods, research ideas, and frameworks. This paper reviews the research progress of wetland park planning,CAS theory, adaptive management and ecosystem service value assessment mapping, and defines the research perspective and object of this study. The second part is the theoretical research and the construction of the adaptive planning model, including the third chapter. This paper mainly expounds the research perspective and carrier, operation mechanism and model construction of Wetland Park adaptability planning. The view of the supply and demand interaction of adaptive planning is to make up for the lack of consideration of this in the past planning research.Choosing the social value of the ecosystem service is to realize the value embodiment of the multi-subject demand in the spatial influence.Tourists, recreation space, and social value are the core elements of the wetland park planning process. The interaction process between the three is analyzed, which is the foundation of Wetland Park adaptive planning model. In order to construct this model, first of all,we should clear the six steps of the model operation, and then explore the four kinds of situational patterns formed by the interaction of supply and demand. The research technology method adopts the social value evaluation system from the demand perspective and the spatial accessibility evaluation system from the perspective of supply. Finally, the results of the estimated spatial distribution are used as the actual representation of the four scenarios of supply and demand,so as to prepare for the planning decision of the next stage. The third part is an empirical study, including the fourth chapter.Based on the above adaptive planning model, firstly, the social value assessment and spatial distribution characteristics of Xixi National Wetland Park are analyzed.Second, the accessibility assessment and feature analysis of recreational space are evaluated.Further, based on the interaction consideration between supply and demand,we make spatial coupling between the results of social value assessment and the results of spatial accessibility and discuss the supply and demand conflicts behind them. Finally, the adaptive planning and design strategy of Xixi National Wetland Park is put forward. The fifth chapter of this paper is a summary of the research, including two research results and three innovative points.Main research results:? This paper constructs an adaptive planning model for Wetland Parks under the interaction of supply and demand.? An empirical study is carried out under the guidance of the adaptive planning model of Wetland Park.Innovative points:? The dual perspective of supply and demand interaction is introduced into the adaptive planning process of Wetland Park.? The evaluation of the association between social value and space accessibility is used as an evaluation system for the adaptive planning model.? Spatial implementation of Wetland Park adaptive planning is combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.
