| Dongguan Nanshe village is not only the historic village,is also the Major National Historical and Cultural Sites.However,as the Major National Historical and Cultural Sites,Nanshe has many traditional style buildings except the high value cultural relic buildings and historic buildings.As a important part of the historic village,the large number of traditional style buildings' style have a decisive influence on the whole historic environment of Nanshe village.Nowadays the traditional style buildings have been unable to meet the needs of people's life.However,it is difficulty to renovate the traditional style buildings for they are in the historic village.At the same time the village is a Major National Historical and Cultural Site.So the residents prefer to rebuild house outside.Nowadays,these buildings were desolated day by day.Firstly,the paper made a research on the present situation of traditional style builings in Nanshe village and the development needs of the village.Considering with the relevant laws,regulations and the intention of villagers,the paper summerized the renewal strategy of their technical methods through the comparative analysis in actual cases around the traditional style buildings.The paper summerized different suitable plans and technical method to different types of traditional style buildings.Making the renotevation can not only protect the style of these buildings and also make the buildings can be meet the needs of people's life.Trying to provide a reference for the others.Today,many villages in our country are not only the historic villages(or conserva-tion area),are also the officially protected monuments and sites.The traditional style buildings in there will meet the similar problems.This paper provides a method for the renovation of traditional style buildings in historic conservation area,fills the blank of the research about this kind of buildings,and can be used as a reference in related renovation works in the future. |
