Study On Optimization Of Guangdong Forest Park System

Forest park is a kind of natural protection land in China.As of December 2016,the number of forest parks in Guangdong was 1,351,with an area of 123.39 million hectares.The number and area of forest parks ranked first in the country,and the provincial forest park system was initially constructed.How to within the scope of the provincial planning construction scale,which has various types,space layout,function is perfect,and appropriate and adapt to social and economic development,the characteristic system of provincial forest park,is a forest park planning and construction theory remains to be discussed in the academic problem,is the Guangdong forest park planning and construction practice problem to be solved.Taking Guangdong province as the research scope,to the forest park as the research object,such as system theory and sustainable development theory as the instruction,using geographic information system technology methods,such as,probes into the following three questions:(1)the Guangdong forest park construction present situation and problem analysis;(2)analysis of the constituent elements of the provincial forest park system;(3)optimization of Guangdong forest park system.Through analyzing the current situation of forest park construction shows that there is overall size needs to be improved,Guangdong forest park area,and significant difference district forest park scale differentiation obvious individual forest park scale,insufficient number of suburban forest park,forest park,unbalanced hierarchy,ranks area and quantity proportion is unreasonable,the problem such as low degree of forest park construction;By means of quantitative analysis,such as geographical concentration coefficient,the spatial asymmetry of forest park is obvious.By using the quantitative analysis method of nuclear density,the five agglomeration areas of Guangdong forest park were obtained.Through the study of forest park system components and discusses,draw a provincial forest park system is mainly composed of forest park,the structure of the system,the space system,resource system,characteristic of system and function system and so on five key elements.Through the study of Guangdong forest park system optimization Guangdong forest park:(1)put forward the system optimization scheme: in terms of scale structure,the added value of the provincial forest park area of 74400 hectares,The measures to adjust the size of forest parks in different prefectures are clarified.In terms of type structure,the proportion of development of urban suburban forest parks at provincial and municipal level is clarified.In terms of hierarchical structure,the reasonable total area of national forest park,provincial forest park and municipal forest park is put forward.(2)the system optimization scheme: Guangdong forest park space is proposed in the national and provincial level forest park,puts forward the integration of the whole province national forest park,provincial forest park upgrade,integration,and the new forest park;At the level of forest park,the administrative area and location(distance)control guidance scheme and technical index of forest park are put forward.(3)put forward the function of Guangdong forest park system optimization scheme: in terms of protection system,establish a province,prefecture,county(district)of forest park management and protection mechanism,focus on improving national forest park,provincial forest park high level forest park construction level and quality of protection function;On the aspect of tour function system,a reasonable provincial forest sightseeing system(network)is proposed.In the aspect of science popularization education function system,the number construction of the visitor center,natural education diameter and publicity card of the provincial and district level is strengthened.(4)proposed the optimization scheme of the theme system of Guangdong forest park: at the provincial level,three theme belts were created;At the area level,Guangdong is divided into five areas,and the theme forest park of each area is created to strengthen and express the theme and characteristics of Guangdong forest park.The innovation of the paper is proposed the provincial forest park,five key elements,by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,has carried on the systematic study of provincial forest park system,enrich the theory of our country forest park planning and construction.
