| Water meter is one of production,essential for life,an important measurement tool.In order to meet the smart buildings and intelligent community needs,water management is gradually changing the traditional manual way home manual meter reading,especially in the Ministry of Construction of urban housing residents "three Biaochu households’ requirements,many water production manufacturers are making products to explore new technology,widespread adoption of wireless automatic meter reading technology,to promote water management,intelligent networking and information technology.In this paper,the existence of traditional meter reading technology inefficient,error-prone,high energy defects for the first time the selection of NXP’s innovative energy-saving JN5148 as the master chip,integrated 32-bit processor and 2.4G wireless transceiver,the Zigbee wireless communication technology,GPRS network and integrate metering automation made a wireless smart meter system.The system uses JN5148 highlights the sensitive measurement of energy in product design for low-power microcontrollers and 32-bit processing advantages,the water supply network in the smart building a complete and stable platform,even in low flow state can achieve high accuracy of measurement,with no network cabling,fast networking,protocol is simple,reliable transmission,low power consumption,low operating cost and long life and other advantages.This paper first wireless smart meter system feasibility analysis to explain the design and composition framework;second wireless smart meter for design analysis,highlighting the controller part of the index data,sensors,monitors and parts supply do the design and analysis;again concentrator also carried out design and analysis,focusing on the GPRS module circuit is part of the analysis of indicator data,the controller and power supply have to do the design and analysis,the conclusion that the system is better than traditional mechanical instruments conclusions.At the same time,the use of cutting-edge technology JN5148 advantage,showing a highly flexible and modular software microcontroller architecture combined,shortening time to market,gradually improved the traditional "manual meter reading-Billing-reminder fee" of management,intelligent utility to speed up theprocess. |
