The Research Of Post Occupancy Evaluation On The Children's Playground In Harbin City Park

With the steady progress of our society,the continuous development of the economy,especially since the 19th National Congress of CPC,China has entered a new era under the leadership of President Xi Jinping.At the major report,Xi puts forward the goal of "beautiful China".However,in the process of rapid urbanization,the importance of children's outdoor space has been neglected.As the public green space for the main activities of urban population,city parks are also important places for children to carry out outdoor activities.As a special group of people,children are the future hope of the nation.Therefore,the design of the playground should meet the needs of children's psychological,physiological and environmental behavior characteristics,etc.As an important city of political,economic and cultural integration in the north,the quality improvement of Harbin public environment has been gradually concerned by the local people.This paper hopes to carry out the research of Post Occupancy Evaluation on the children's playground in four representative city parks in Harbin,from the perspective of this special use group of children,and put forward the optimization strategy to design the playground which will meet the real needs.This paper was made up of five chapters,which can be divided into three stages:theoretical research stage(the first three chapters),site investigation and data analysis stage(the fourth chapter),and optimization strategy proposing stage(the fifth chapter).(1)Theoretical research stage:Through a lot of research on the development trend of children's playground and POE evaluation at home and abroad,combined with the methods of the Likert scale and analytic hierarchy process,repeated derivation and finally established the POE evaluation basic model of children's playground in Harbin city park.In addition,the POE basic evaluation factors set was constructed from three aspects-natural comfort elements,artificial elements and environmental psychological elements.(2)Site investigation and data analysis stage:By selecting four representative city parks in Harbin,which namely Shangzhi Park(the comprehensive park),the Harbin Children's Park(the theme park),Yuyang Park(the community park),Jinhe Park(the ribbon park),and combining with POE evaluation methods to study the use status of children's playgrounds.And then obtained the comprehensive assessment results through data processing and contrastive analysis.(3)Optimization strategy proposing stage:Based on the problem of current situation and the evaluation results,the optimization strategy is put forward to solve the existing problems of children's playground especially in winter.What's more,this paper will provide a reference for future construction and improvement of children's playground in Harbin city parks,and to be a basic model for a more comprehensive and perfect system establishment.
