Study On The Post Occupancy Evaluation Of The New Children’s Park In Guangzhou

evaluation),this paper takes three new children’s parks in Guangzhou C hildren’s Park,Huangpu Children’s Park and Tianhe Children’s Park as an example,from the point of view of parents and children’s use of objects,the status quo of children’s park Usage evaluation.Through the data collection,the field observation,the questionnaire survey,the interview investigation,the data analysis chart and so on form,objective,truly obtained these three children’s parks actual use situation,discovered the present situation question,understood the user demand and the expectation,Improve and improve the quality of children ’s park to provide reference and guidance.The main results are as follows:Children’s park after the evaluation summary(1)Through the use of the Guangzhou C hildren’s Park survey shows that the park is a city-level children’s special park,and children and guardians of children and other tourists generally recognized and loved.The park has a variety of free and fun projects,won the parents,especially children,a high degree of uniform evaluation,attracting children to come to the park to play;park management: the work of the Staff-friendly service attitude,a sound management system,the park management services and thoughtful manner,such as access to the tourist’s general goodwill.Environmental aspects: the park’s beautiful environment,fresh air,convenient transportation,the attractiveness of children,such as access to the parents of children generally recognized.Inadequate hot weather,the park shade and cooling done not good enough,seriously affecting the experience of visitors;rest type of facilities,the number of inadequate;on the park facilities and plant maintenance efforts,there are some security risks;Details of management is not in place and so on.(2)Through the use of the Huangpu District C hildren’s Park survey shows that the evaluation results in general,subject to the park area is small,although the park a lot of types of recreational the use of these parks,make recommendations for optimization(1)Security is no small matter,should pay attention to detail,enhance the security of the park.Mainly from three aspects to improve: First,the facilities,the park manageme nt office should strengthen the security aspects of the intensity and frequency of visits,attention to small details,for unsafe areas to timely maintenance,for
