With the development of urbanization,traffic problems have ever coming to be the critical problem for living trip,environment pollution and energy waste.Huge economic loss is caused by traffic jams all over the world every year.In pace with the development of science and technology,communication technology made great progress and advanced implement and technology will make more contributions to the solution of traffic problems.This paper made a research on the resolution of traffic jam on the degree of driving behaviors and advanced communication technology and studied a jam absorption driving strategy.For this,the paper did numerous work as described below:(1)One-dimensional traffic flow simulation platform is established based on Full Velocity Difference model(FVD model for short)which is calibrated by actual measured data and the start-up and brake of platoon of vehicles are simulated including the transmission of disturbance and the produce of jams.In addition,the paper take linear stability analysis and nonlinear analysis of density waves.It obtained the linear stability condition and the kink anti-kink equation for traffic flow.The linear stability condition and the mKdV equation produced the headway-sensitive phase diagram.for distinguishing traffic flow stabilities.(2)The paper distinguished the different states of traffic flow including stable,metastable and unstable by headway-sensitive phase diagram and got the critical perturbation amplitude lines for traffic flow with different headways.The sensitivity for the vehicle in the flow is 0.41.On this foundation,the paper established the mode of jam-absorption driving strategy for traffic flow with high and low density which is in metastable and obtained its va-ta cluster.The region for no secondary traffic jams is found by critical perturbation lines and va-ta cluster.Computer simulation is conducted for this condition and model and their accuracy can be proved by the simulation results.(3)The platform based on the Ci-CF car-following model is built based on the foundation of FVD model.The Ci-CF model refers to the model considering multiple cars ahead or behind the current vehicle.Comparison between the Ci-CF model,FVD model and OVD model is taken about the ability to restrain traffic disturbance.The results show that the consideration of multiple vehicles' information can restrain traffic disturbance and improve traffic stability.After that,the paper mode the jam-absorption driving strategy for OVD model,and gained the jam-absorption driving stability area by va-ta cluster and critical perturbation lines.At the last chapter,the paper take comparisons about the stable condition and the JAD effects between the FVD model and OVD model and it is found that the car considering optimal velocity difference model will obtained a larger stable region and carry out a better jam-absorption driving strategy proved by computer simulation.
