| As a pillar industry of the national economy,construction industry has a significant impact on the development of China’s national economy.In recent years,with the continuous increase of the construction market,the number of construction enterprises has increased sharply,the competition in the construction market has become more and more fierce,and the profit rate of construction enterprises has decreased significantly compared with previous years.Therefore,scientific and effective construction cost management has become an urgent problem for construction enterprises.In this article,according to the earned value method,the construction cost of construction enterprises is studied and analyzed.In order to solve some problems existing in the traditional earned value method,this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantify the quality factors that affect the project cost.At the same time,the earned value parameters and indicators of engineering changes and resource costs on engineering cost are calculated by logical reasoning method The earned value method has been improved,and the earned value parameters of engineering change,resource cost and engineering quality which affect the engineering cost have been added.Based on the earned value analysis and calculation,the results can provide the basis for project management.Through theoretical research and engineering case analysis,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Add project change cost,resource cost cost earned value parameter and corresponding indicators.By adding labor cost,construction equipment use fee,material cost and other resource costs and engineering change earned value parameters and corresponding indicators by logical analysis,combined with the calculation results of traditional earned value method,it can be concluded whether the fluctuation of project cost is caused by resource cost or process change,so as to facilitate the project manager to take targeted corrective measures.(2)The model of earned value of engineering quality cost is established.By using analytic hierarchy process to construct the project quality evaluation model,organize expert evaluation and scoring,and then calculate the project quality plan score py and actual score PS after constructing the construction project quality comparison discrimination matrix,and then introduce a new earned value parameter,quality cost deviation QCV.The model quantifies the quality factors that affect the project cost.The project managers can directly see the degree of the influence of project quality on the project cost,make project cost management more scientific,efficient and convenient,and expand the application scenarios of traditional earned value method.(3)Taking the 3# teaching building project of a college in Xuancheng as an example,the project cost in the construction stage is controlled by using the improved earned value method.When the project manager is in the project management process,each fixed inspection period is used as the control analysis node,dynamic monitoring and real-time adjustment and correction.Finally,the cost deviation rate of this project is 6.31%,which is within the allowable deviation range,and the progress and quality of the project meet the expected objectives.The cost management of the project is effective.Through research,it is found that the combined use of the improved earned value method and the traditional earned value method can more intuitively express the influencing factors of project cost fluctuations and provide certain help for project managers to scientifically carry out cost management.Figure [16] Table [13] Reference [40]... |
