Research On County Spatial Regulation Under The Background Of Global Tourism

Since the concept proposed in January 2016 in the National Tourism Work Conference on"global tourism",has aroused widespread concern in politics,academia,industry,"global tourism"connotation of tourism development and the value of the pursuit of the development of China's tourism industry has a significant and profound influence.Global tourism has become a new concept and form of tourism development.In the context of this regional development model have been carried out within the scope of global tourism,global tourism development by relying on a variety of tourism resources within the region,due to the significant economic benefits brought by the development of tourism,the tourism industry has gradually become an important economic industry of each region,becoming the backbone to promote regional development.Along with the development of global tourism,the contradiction between tourism development and spatial regulation gradually highlights the rapid growth of the tourism industry will inevitably bring about the rapid expansion of tourism land demand,the growth of tourism land contradiction and land protection between the increasingly prominent.Due to the lack of scientific guidance and reasonable control of space tourism development,blindly extensive caused a lot of damage to the ecological environment,tourism resources,damaged the ecological deficit and not intensive land use is a serious problem of development.In addition,the special planning area of tourism is generally larger,and the forbidden area and restricted construction area contain most of the tourism resources in the current space control system,which leads to the difficulty in the implementation and implementation of tourism planning and space control.At the same time there is a conflict between the contradictions in the control system of different types of space planning,planning is not a clear and unified zoning control standards for tourism development and construction,resulting in the existing space control system is difficult to reasonably control the development and construction of tourism regionalization.Therefore,zoning of Tourism Development Zone,clear control standard with different types and different location of tourism development,to build Beizhen city space control system,has important practical significance to the tourism industry and the healthy development of urbanization.Through the analysis of the current situation of Beizhen's global tourism development and the comparative analysis of the current situation of spatial control,this paper summarizes the conflicts between the global tourism development land and Beizhen's spatial regulation.From the position of tourism resources tourism development/land and tourism development and construction and other aspects of the conflicts in Beizhen tourism development and the status quo of space control and the "three" space division,and summarizes the causes of contradiction,determine the development and construction of tourism with the contradiction between individual thought zoning regulation.Based on this,this paper re regionalization of space control in Beizhen under the background of whole domain tourism.First,the relationship between control control line and control area is clarified,and the standard and method of delimiting the control area control line are determined.Secondly,according to the previous basic research and analysis,we have delineated the control and control lines of Beizhen,including the protection and control lines of ecological safety,permanent basic farmland and major infrastructures.Thirdly,through the analysis and research,the control function areas of Beizhen are delimited,including urban and rural construction and development zones and tourism development and construction areas.The construction of Beizhen City Tourism Development Suitability Evaluation,first on the influence factors of tourism development are selected to construct the tourism development and construction suitability evaluation system,and then through the AHP to determine the weight factor of each index,using the Arcgis software stack,the factor analysis,based on the evaluation results of Tourism Development Zone delineation.The formation of Beizhen city space control zoning of"three lines and four zones + tourism development and construction zone" has also effectively promoted the formation of "multi regulation" in Beizhen.Finally,according to the control line and the control area proposed space control countermeasures,and the scientific and reasonable development and construction of Beizhen global tourism zoning regulation,to protect Beizhen's global tourism sustainable development,promote the social economy in Beizhen city to a higher level.
