Research On The Industrialization Of Steel Structure Housing In Guang'an

The traditional brick concrete structure and reinforced concrete structure housing are mainly used in the way of on-site direct construction.The construction speed is slow,the field wet work is more,the environmental pollution is serious,the quality control of the project is difficult and it is difficult to standardize the construction.With the development of the society,the traditional brick concrete structure and reinforced concrete structure housing can not meet the people's requirements for the quality and environment of the building,and the steel structure housing not only has the characteristics of fast construction speed,less wet work and less pollution,but also easy to achieve standardized design,factory production and mechanized construction.It belongs to the environmental protection type housing,which fits the requirements of contemporary sustainable development.At the present stage,the steel structure residence is still in its initial stage in our country,and there is a big gap between the design technology,the production and processing technology,the fire protection technology,the material technology,the economy and the market recognition.As the pilot city of construction industrialization,Guang'an needs to know the development degree of the steel structure residence in domestic and Guang'an city correctly.It is necessary to accelerate the research and development of the system and material technology of the steel structure housing,with the actual situation at the present stage of the domestic and Guang'an cities.Based on the development degree of steel structure residence at present in Guang'an,this paper studies the economic and technical requirements of steel structure housing and its industrialization.The main contents are as follows:(1)from the actual situation in Guang'an,the necessity and feasibility of the industrial development of steel structure housing are analyzed from the aspects of economy,technology,policy and social environment.(2)the structural form of the existing steel structure housing is analyzed by technical and economic analysis,the applicable scope of various structural forms is obtained,and the steel structure housing is analyzed and compared with the actual pilot project,and the structural form of steel structure housing suitable for the development of Guang'an city is obtained.(3)according to the characteristics of the steel structure housing and the actual situation in Guang'an,the "three step" development process and the development model for the industrialization of the steel structure housing in Guang'an are put forward.According to the development mode and the problems in the development of steel structure housing industrialization,specific measures suitable for the industrialization development of steel structure housing in Guang'an are put forward.According to the requirements of the Guang'an municipal government,the steel structure housing will be popularized in a large scale.However,whether the steel structure housing and the overall economic development level and consumption level of Guang'an are in harmony,it is also necessary to carry out detailed economic and technical analysis.
