With the development of China’s power industry,countries and residents are paying more and more attention to the quality of power generation and power generation.The requirements for power generation efficiency are also increasing.In the 1980 s and 1990 s of the last world,we built a large number of small and medium sized units.Due to the immature process and material conditions at the time,these small and medium sized units have problems such as low flow efficiency,high heat consumption and safety hazards,so they need to be reformed to reduce energy consumption and increase the reliability of the unit and benefits.The continuous improvement of the simulation and simulation methods also provide favorable conditions for the unit transformation.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the production and operation of steam turbines in a power plant,finds out some problems in the flow passage of the steam turbines,and proposes the purpose and principles of the transformation.Then analyze the thermal performance of the turbine unit before the transformation,according to the questions raised in the test report,discuss the factors affecting the efficiency and economy of the turbine unit,and understand the necessity of the unit’s through-flow transformation.Through experiments and calculations,the turbine high-pressure cylinder efficiency is 5.35% lower than the design value,and the heat rate is increased by about 76.55 kJ/(kW·h);the efficiency of the medium-pressure cylinder is 5.44% lower than the design value of 93.59%,and the heat rate is It is increased by about 89.27 kJ/(kW·h);the efficiency of low-pressure cylinder is 9.73% lower than the designed value of 89.11%,which increases the heat rate by 375.38 kJ/(kW·h).Therefore,it was decided to increase the efficiency of the turbine and increase the capacity to 315 MW.Through the comparison and selection of different through-flow reconstruction programs,after evaluating the performance of various aspects such as economy and safety of the turbine after the implementation of the transformation,the technical performance of the scheme 1 has obvious advantages in terms of energy saving and emission reduction,but the recovery period 3.73 years,a longer period of time;scheme 2 Although the equipment transformation investment is larger,but the increase in efficiency is obvious,the recovery period is short about 2.53 years,from the economic efficiency of the choice of the second reform program is better.
