| Chinese renewable energy has entered a stage of large-scale,high-quality,high-quality development,and the subsequent new energy consumption problem has become increasingly serious,and my country’s unique resource endowment is destined to continue to be my country’s electricity supply for a period of time.The backbone.In order to solve the dilemma of renewable energy consumption,improve the flexibility of the power system,and help achieve the goal of carbon neutrality,my country has vigorously promoted the construction of thermal power flexibility transformation projects.However,whether the thermal power flexibility transformation project is economical and reasonable,and what is the difference in comprehensive benefits between different flexibility transformation paths,still need to be studied and discussed in depth.Studying the technical and economic evaluation system for the flexibility of thermal power units and constructing a comprehensive evaluation model for the flexibility of thermal power units will help my country to rationally adjust the power supply structure layout,carry out the construction of thermal power flexibility reconstruction projects and technological innovation in an orderly manner,and improve the consumption of renewable energy.The capacity of receiving and storing,promotes the growth of renewable energy into the main force of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.First of all,this paper,based on relevant research trends at home and abroad,sorts out the current policy opinions related to the improvement of power flexibility in China and the construction of power auxiliary service markets in various provinces;studies the current status of thermal power flexibility transformation pilot projects,and the technical route for flexibility transformation A brief introduction to the relevant principles of the hot water storage,electric boiler plus solid heat storage tank,steam turbine body removal low-pressure cylinder,back pressure type transformation,these types of flexible transformation technology paths are frequently used,and they are the current mainstream.Flexible transformation route;introduced technical and economic evaluation,the basic theory of comprehensive evaluation method mainly includes:technical and economic evaluation index concept and calculation method,thermal power technology transformation project evaluation theory,comprehensive evaluation method introduction and comparison.Secondly,this article identifies and analyzes the factors that affect the flexibility of thermal power plants under the background of high proportion of renewable energy,and divides these factors into two categories,namely,unit transformation and external effects,and subdivided them into 21 specific categories.The evaluation indicators mainly include six dimensions,including financial economy,unit flexibility,operating parameters,macro policies,environmental benefits,and social benefits.Based on this,a technical and economic evaluation system for the flexibility and transformation of thermal power units is constructed.Thirdly,this paper selects a more used weighting method based on the flexibility to transform the technical and economic evaluation system of thermal power units,and constructs a combined weighting model of the evaluation index system based on the AHP-Entropy weight method.The weighting model can be integrated Considering the influence of subjective and objective aspects,a more reasonable index weight is given;a comprehensive evaluation model based on matter-element Extension-TOPSIS is constructed,which fully combines the advantages of TOPSIS and matter-element extension theory to make comprehensive evaluation The results are more comprehensive and true.Finally,this paper conducts an empirical study on several types of typical thermal power transformation projects.It analyzes the hot water thermal storage technology,the electric boiler plus solid thermal storage tank technology,the steam turbine body removal low-pressure cylinder reconstruction technology,and the back pressure reconstruction technology.The technical and economical efficiency of several types of flexible renovation projects,and the use of comprehensive evaluation models to evaluate and sort the four types of renovation paths,and it is concluded that the comprehensive benefits of the electric boiler plus solid heat storage tank renovation method are ranked first,and the hot water heat storage renovation plan Ranked second,the back pressure transformation plan and the low pressure cylinder removal transformation plan are ranked three or four.In the end,the conclusions of the two research methods are basically the same,which also proves the reliability of the comprehensive evaluation model for the flexibility of thermal power units;according to the evaluation and analysis Conclusions,this article puts forward relevant suggestions for coal-fired power companies to carry out flexible transformation projects. |
