| 1980s,Programmable Logic Control(PLC)and Distributed Control System(DCS)have been applied to ports,which has greatly improved port loading and unloading efficiency and reliability,and has been approved by port managers.Therefore,port automation has acquired further development and popularization.So far,the domestic large-scale coal terminals have basically achieved automatic control.In the future,digital technology and control software will develop towards intelligence,open,network,information,the boundaries between different control systems will gradually blur,and the port control system will enter a standardized,intelligent,open,network,information-based age.This paper firstly analyzes the electrical equipment and automation parameters of each process system of the special coal terminal of a power plant,and then determines the control mode of each equipment and the control frame of the DCS system through the study of the equipment operation characteristics;at last,the DCS site control station is used as the control system hub of the dock area,to achieve the monitoring and control of terminal handling,coal transportation,environmental protection,dust elimination,power supply and distribution,water supply and drainage systems etc.At the same time,this paper also studies the configuration and programming method of system configuration software,in the application process,make full use of the advantages of DCS software,the control scheme and control logic optimization,to achieve the ideal control effect.The design,construction and commissioning for the terminal process and control system have been completed,and trial operation has started.From the trial operation results,the entire process control system is running smoothly,and responding timely and accurately;the control screen is relatively simple and easy to operate,so that the control system is proved to be reasonable in the structure. |
