Research And Design Of Coal Transportation Control System In Power Plant Based On PLC

Coal handling system is the primary auxiliary control section of thermal power plant,which plays an extremely important role in thermal power plant.The coal conveying system mainly covers four links of unloading,storage,transportation and distribution of fuel coal required by the boiler.It is an important support and guarantee system for the safe production and reliable operation of the thermal power plant to transport coal from the coal storage yard to the coal bunker room of the boiler and ensure the coal supply of the boiler of the thermal power plant.Because the coal handling system of thermal power plant has the characteristics of high dispersion,large site area,bad working environment,long communication distance,high labor cost,etc.,how to use advanced control technology and means to improve the automation degree of coal handling system to meet the needs of safe and reliable operation of boiler in thermal power plant is the problem to be solved by the coal handling control system.This paper takes the coal conveying system of a small thermal power plant as the analysis object,and completes the design of the coal conveying PLC control system of the thermal power plant.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Based on the analysis of coal handling system process flow and coal handling equipment configuration in thermal power plant,the control function and control mode of coal handling system are studied;the network control scheme combining PLC control with remote monitoring and the overall structure of coal handling control system based on the scheme are designed.2.On the basis of equipment selection and analysis of coal handling control system,the main circuit and PLC control circuit of coal handling control system are designed;on the basis of hardware design,the program flow function design of coal handling PLC control system is completed.3.Based on WinCC configuration software,the upper computer monitoring system picture of the coal handling control system is developed,and the configuration design of the coal handling remote monitoring system of the thermal power plant is completed;various graphic interfaces and monitoring functions of the remote monitoring system are designed to realize the remote monitoring function of the coal handling system.
