Analysis On The Variability Of Housing Pattern Under The Family Pension Model

Under the background that the aging of population in our country is about to reach its peak,the development of aging population and change of mode of providing for the aged,which puts forward new requirements for the design and construction of housing.The traditional housing style has been gradually become difficult to fully meet the residential needs of residents.In view of this situation,this paper aims to discuss the flexible variability of the housing suite in the life cycle of the building.With the help of SI residential system’s technical support,the design can fully meet the changes of the family population structure,mode and the life style change.And the design can fully satisfy the family population structure change,pattern and the life style change.All of these realize the goal of saving social resources,maintaining the stability of housing market and building "high quality" housing.At the same time,combining the general design method of housing suitable for aging,the actual requirement of aging with the renovation method of SI residential system.Furthermore,the key design method of realizing the changablity of housing suite under the family pension model is summarized and put forward.Starting with the space change and the design of the main indoor space,the paper puts forward some design suggestions.So that the housing can meet the actual living needs of the elderly to achieve the family security,solve the problem of the only child pension difficulties,in order to achieve the goal of family pension.Specifically,this paper takes the elderly group as the main research goal,the SI housing system as the design method,through the methods of household interview,questionnaire survey,literature review and so on,to understand the existing housing problems in the living process.In view of different problems,it takes the main indoor space for an example,the solution is put forward.Being combined with the existing theoretical knowledge,this paper summarizes the design methods of the specific housing units that can meet the needs of the changing family structure,especially the special needs of the elderly at different stages.It includes the basic dimensions of the space unit,the main furniture dimensions and so on.In the end,the article takes the design as the experiment,and verifies the design principle of the house which is suitable for the family old-age care,focuses on the living needs of the elderly and the needs of the family old-age care and converts the theoretical knowledge into the practical application,to prove the feasibility and importance of the design essentials of the full text summary.
