Since 1980, China began to promote the "one couple, one-child policy" that is so far the one-child family planning policy, China now already has 80 million one-child population. With a large number of people have moved into the age of marriage of the one-child period, "421" family structure will gradually become a real demographic phenomenon. It is not only a direct impact on China's population change, and it will certainly have an economic life of our country have a profound effect"421," the special nature of family structure is the "only one child", so, the close contact of the parents and children in the material and spiritual is the biggest difference with non-child families.In the residential patterns of the study that right fitting with the "421" Family structure, we need to consider living habits and physical and psychological characteristics of two generations of people and how they watched together. This paper discusses this issue, from the interdisciplinary point of view to explore the characteristics of this population with a multi-disciplinary perspectives. Through detailed real state of research material, as well as the analysis of domestic and international examples to explore the housing problem and generate the main reason in this station. Then, put forward the "community outreach" model constructing a "421" groups of urban living environment of social systems. Examined depth the core issues of this models and hoping to find the residential patterns and residential of that people.
