With the progress of society and the development of economy,people's desire for a better life is getting stronger,and the reliability of power supply is more demanding than ever before.Despite the rapid development of power network in recent years,the weather still exerts a great impact on the power grid.The local extreme weather events are getting increasingly common and pose a threat to the safe operation as well as the production activities of the power grid.In recent years,the meteorological department has improved the timeliness and accuracy of weather warnings,but the form is relatively rigid and the time domain and the space domain of the forecast are not accurate,which can not meet the needs of the disaster prevention and disaster relief.On the other hand,non-extreme disaster weather will also have an impact on the production of electricity.? The effects may vary in different specialties.If the professionals can receive the targeted weather warning in time,the safety level of the people and the power grid will be greatly improved.This paper has presented the development and application of meteorological disaster warning system in Hengshui power grid ?.Firstly,by analyzing the main weather characteristics in Hengshui,this paper did a correlative study between meteorological factors and power grid trip accidents or anomalies in order to analyze the impact of temperature,humidity,precipitation,wind and other factors on the power grid equipment and production activities and thus to establish a mathematical model of power grid accident probability with weather conditions such as temperature,wind,precipitation,humidity and so on.secondly,it is to find the way to get weather conditions in all parts of Hengshui.The research has shown that the weather conditions provided by the weather website and the radar echo map can be used to analyze the weather conditions in various places and to obtain the intensity distribution and also make a simple prediction.Thirdly,software,rather than manpower,was used to collect and analyze weather data,to draw intensity distribution map,and to analyze the impact on power grid production activities,accident trip risk probability as well as issue a warning.The meteorological disaster warning software for Hengshui power grid,developed by this research,can issue an early warning and provide certain information such as the distribution of the meteorological elements in Hengshui as well as the accident risk to some professional departments of the Power Grid Corp such as the departments of operation-maintenance,construction,material,control,safety supervision and marketing.And thus,lay a solid foundation for the healthy operation and safe production of the power grid system.
