Research On Urban Distribution Network Planning Of Shijiazhuang

According to the regional characteristics of power supply network,distribution network can be divided into urban distribution network and rural distribution network.Urban distribution network is not only the main load center of power system,but also an important infrastructure of urban modernization.The urban network planning plays a decisive role in the survival and development of the power supply company,and it is facing great pressure to do well in the planning and construction of the urban network.Urban distribution network planning is the overall plan for the development and transformation of distribution network in the future.The purpose is to increase the power supply capacity of the distribution network with appropriate investment,to meet the needs of load growth and to improve the distribution network power supply capacity and quality,and social development,environmental protection and coordination.With the development strategies actively adjusting,the economic and electricity demand of Shijiazhuang have grew rapidly in the "13th Five-Year" period,which brings a challenge for distribution network planning.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to plan the urban distribution network in Shijiazhuang.In this thesis,the distribution network planning of Shijiazhuang city is studied,and the main tasks are as follows:(1)The power supply demand analysis of Shijiazhuang urban distribution network is completed.This thesis analyzes the current situation of Shijiazhuang's economic and social development,and the current situation of urban power grid,then points out the existing problems in the Shijiazhuang distribution network.According to the historical data of Shijiazhuang urban planning and power load,two methods are used to forecast the load of Shijiazhuang city.(2)The planning scheme of Shijiazhuang distribution network is designed.According to the results of the power supply demand analysis,combined with the planning of distribution network in Shijiazhuang area of the guiding ideology,technical principle and actual situation,the planning schemes of 110 kV grid and 10 kV grid of Shijiazhuang city are designed.(3)The economic demonstration and effect analysis of the design scheme are carried out to obtain the optimization scheme.The investment estimation and effectiveness analysis of the design plan are carried out.The results show that the planning plan is significant for energy saving and emission reduction and power supply reliability.This planning optimization can meet the demand of power supply in Shijiazhuang City,and provide power support for economic construction and social development in the future period.
