Design And Application Of Electric Power Information Collection System For Hebei Electric Power Corporation

With the development of the economy and innovation of the electricity market,the development of electric power enterprises is mainly from the production and transmission of electric power to the management of intelligent electricity use.Establishing a modern and intelligent electronic information collection system to meet the growing needs of collecting,managing,supervising and analyzing the growing power of electricity is very necessary.In this paper,the domestic and foreign electric power users summarizes and reviews the research results of electric information acquisition system,through the comparison of power load management system,substation meter reading system and the residents of electricity metering system of electric power data acquisition function of different types at home and abroad and the analysis,in response to the national "full coverage,full the full fee collection and control" appeal,design data collection,analysis,management function model in one of the electricity information collection system.This paper introduces in detail the new multi-level design adopted by the new system,supporting the specific frame structure and operation management method to provide multiple types of terminals,multi communication channels and multiple application services.The system with data collection and service as the core,realize the connection layer and the master collection terminal through a communication channel layer supports multiple communication types,the distribution network and power users directly interact in the data reliability,information monitoring,intelligent management and rapid digestion of new energy sources than before the meter system is obviously to improve.The power user electric energy data acquisition system with the main station layer for core technology,cooperate,acquisition terminal and communication channel layer collaboration,implementation of large,medium and small special transformer users of special transformer users all kinds of electricity users complete,accurate and real-time data collection function of the use of information technology;system integrated current the power load management system,remote automatic meter reading system,real-time monitoring and early warning function to achieve in a unified specification,unified planning and connection of all power users of the service management platform.The research in this paper is a key issue in the development and transformation of the electricity market under the new situation in the new era.It is in line with the needs of the current national economic development and electricity market development,and is advanced and feasible.It has achieved good results in practical application,and is worth promoting.
