Under the background of global energy Internet,the main trend of power grid development is Smart Substation.Smart substation is one of the important parts of building a strong smart grid.At present,Smart Substation with advanced,integrated,low carbon,reliable,environmental protection and intelligent equipment has made great progress in standardization of information sharing and digitalization of information and networking of communication platform.The functions of information collection,measurement,control,measurement,protection and monitoring are realized.Relative to conventional substation,intelligent substation two installation workload greatly reduced,but the increase of merging unit,intelligent terminals and other conventional substation without equipment,debugging workload increases to several times the amount of conventional substation.Network performance test,interconnection between devices,debugging of state monitoring system and intelligent auxiliary control system are all new contents in intelligent substation.Therefore,it is necessary to sum up the field test and debug method of the electric secondary system of intelligent substation,in order to improve the debugging level of the two system of Smart Substation and shorten the debugging time of the new intelligent substation.On the basis of studying the debugging of relay protection in intelligent substation,a IED model test system for intelligent substation based on IEC61850 has been established.This paper introduces the format of SV sampling value message and GOOSE message,and the SCL language and SCD file.Furthermore,the main equipments in intelligent substation,such as merging unit,switch and fault recorder,are analyzed and studied,and a complete test scheme is formedBased on the information flow between different devices,the SCL Configurator configuration tool is used to build the model and generate SCD files,and forming the standard operation flow of each intelligent device.Finally,the test technique and the debugging method suitable for Smart Substation is obtained.
