With the progress of science and technology, the traditional operation mode ofsubstation has gradually can’t meet the pace of advanced high-speed development of the society, according to the national grid proposed requirements: to establish a unified intelligent substation has become the direction of the transformation of substation, as smart substation to part and the key technology, substation secondary debugging technology has gradually began to develop. Furthermore, there is an urgent need to on substation debugging system to conduct a comprehensive study and analysis.This paper based on the construction of our country a Smart Substation debugging experience, in the analysis process of the whole project, for secondary system debugging process, debugging method research, especially debugging process need to pay attention to the key technology and other key links, and based on the establishment of secondary debugging system, the rules are divided into two parts, the integration testing. Second is the scene debugging.The integrated test link secondary debugging were configuration and commissioning project, based on the practical operation and drilling for each department, analysis key and key technologies of each part, after the secondary debugging integration testing has great reference significance and value. According to the on-site debugging link, the author pay attention to comparative analysis with traditional on-site commissioning and debugging of modern, the testing of different projects to focus on analysis of Smart Substation Secondary debugging features, including to use the technology mainly includes for the use of the computer network and the original message processing method.In this paper according to the actual of Smart Substation Equipment Construction and commissioning process, for the encountered problems for analysis and summary, the feedback of the results, for the future of intelligent substation construction put forward relevant countermeasures.To help solve quadratic debugging problems in Smart Substation, equipment and configuration of the demand and bottlenecks on the demand analysis, combined with this paper for the needs of software development of Smart Substation Maintenance, on the key technology of analysis and research, final completion of software development, and according to the needs of the software, on the latter part of the construction, maintenance, debugging and other sectors provides a convenient testing method.
