According to the characteristics of low-fault rate and high level of integration on underwater device devices,underwater device's combat command control system control module requires high reliability,which makes the control system module needs to go through thorough performance test before installed on the real devices.At the same time,the complexity of the operation of the underwater device also makes designing a device simulator for the operation in the laboratory becoming a requirement.In summary,there is a need to design a underwater device control system for laboratory simulation test.The traditional way is to rebuild a full real equipment on underwater device in the laboratory,including hydraulic valves pumps,pipes,tanks,air compressors and other equipment.The way has disadvantages of big space,high energy consumption,maintenance difficulties,and easily damaged under simulated conditions of high intensity.In this paper,design a simulator dedicated interface for a particular type of underwater device's centralized control steering instrument to monitor the submerged station,acquisition and instrument control set raft latent control signal processed by the simulator,operate the information,and then back to the central control.device and snorkeling station.Thesis research content mainly around three parts of the simulator circuit design,PLC programming,HMI programming:Firstly,in the part of the circuit design,according to centralized control steering apparatus and snorkeling monitoring station interface definition the special interface simulator design l/O,D/A,and other units interface circuits,so that get acquisition and feedback signal.Processing unit selected programmable logic controllers(PLC),which satisfy the large number of interfaces and types of interface expansion.Centered on a PLC to design expansion module,classify interface based on the different types of signals,including the D/A conversion unit,N:N network communications,a special serial port expansion.Secondly,on PLC programming,including the N:N network data exchange,modular system design task,serial data encryption.Use of N:N network communication from the PLC add in the master and slaves design,to meet the requirements of high-speed simulator for feedback.PLC programming using ladder programming language,using a digital to analog conversion,pulse generator,timers,counters and other functions.Thirdly,on HMI configuration editor,HMI selected Kinco 15-inch Touchscreen MT5700,a rich component library to meet the windows interface centralized control steering apparatus and snorkeling monitoring station panel latent raft actual reduction.Graphical programming is easy for operation.With the requirements of simulator,design interface layout and functional device.Simulator control parameters is set through the HMI screen,the windows contain dynamic presentation capabilities,too.Simulator operations provide external control and panel control to switch through the HMI window,achieving to detect output signal without external controller.In summary,according to the part of the design of a dedicated interface simulator,do the simulator with the central control device and submersible raft after wiring test for control strategies and interface performance.Test results show that interface simulator design in this paper satisfy the protocols of design requirements,performance indicators have reached the standards.The design includes a variety of interface signals,with different interface information summary,finally get a complete,portable interface device design.
