In recent years,the number of buildings in China that have obtained Chinese green building certification has grown exponentially.The development of green buildings is reflected both in quantity and scale,as well as in the studies on actual operation energy consumption and indoor environmental quality.During building energy consumptions,the Heating?Ventilation?and Air-conditioning(HVAC)systems occupy the main part of energy consumption of buildings.Further,the HVAC systems in green building are generally very complicated.Therefore,it is in greet need to optimize the operation strategy of HVAC systems in green buildings.This paper takes a three-star green building as an example,analyzes the actual operation of the case study,proposes the methodology for optimizing the operation strategy of HVAC systems in green building,including the operation time,the indoor environment settings,and the supply parameters of heating/cooling source.And analyzes the energy saving effect of applying the optimized operationstrategy to the case study.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Based on the De ST,simulate the hourly cooling and heating load of the HVAC system;and use the neural network method to predict the electricity consumption.The optimal operation time of the HVAC system is discussed in load,power consumption,and electricity cost,and analysis the relationship between different indoor set temperatures and energy consumption.(2)Based on the Simulink,establish the mathematical model of the system,the optimization of the operation parameters of the HVAC system,including the running equipment combination,the circulating water flow rate,the water supply temperature are analyzed to obtain the optimal operation rules and the energy saving potential of optimal operation parameters.The supply parameters of heating/cooling source can be optimized to save electricity 14.0%(3)According to the results of the former research,the optimal operation strategy of the HVAC system is given out and the energy saving potential is calculation using simulation.Analyze the energy-saving effect of the winter optimal operation strategy.(4)In the case study,an experiment was conduct to optimize the heating operation time.The experimental results show that the optimization of heating operation time can save the daily heat supply by22.3% and save 29.5% of the equipment electricity.The research results of this dissertation can provide methodology guidance and application reference for the optimal operation of HVAC systems of green buildings.
