BIM-based Green Building Energy Management Of Operation Stage

Building energy efficiency has always been an important part of the energy management.In the view of the state,society,and world,building energy conservation is related to the planning of national energy and environment protection.In the view of building owners,property management and users,building energy conservation is closely related to the cost and economic benefit.Building energy efficiency is a very complicated work,it's the target of researchers for many years to explore how to effectively carry out the work of Building energy efficiency.As to the previously research we paid more attention to design stage and technology of energy saving,than operation management stage and energy saving management.This topic focuses on the operation stage of energy conservation in building.Based on the current situation of poor performance of building energy efficiency,energy saving benefit allocation is the fundamental factors,and putting forward that the coordinate operation mode of the owners,property management,users and other parties is the fundamental way to solve the problem.Applying the relevant software to collect and analysis the energy consumption data of the green building's operating model classified and itemized for the realizing the real-time monitoring of green building energy consumption,and add the data into the database.Combining with typical construction case,weanalysis the practical factors of energy consumption and establish a management model of energy consumption.According to the statistics and analysis of the real-time monitoring data,the management of energy consumption in construction operations stage will be optimized.
