In the modern industrial field,electromechanical servo system occupies an important position,and the control of the motor is the core part of the whole system.In recent years,the vigorous development of power electronics and microprocessor technology has provided the foundation for the advanced control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),and has made the new development of the PMSM control technology,also has opened up a new direction.In order to satisfy the requirement of high performance and high stability control for industrial servo system,it is becoming more and more necessary to study the drive control system of PMSM.In this paper,the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is taken as the research object,and the mathematical model of the PMSM is given.On this basis,through the research of vector control theory,a vector control system of PMSM based on space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)is established.Meanwhile,the speed and current double closed loop control strategy model under vector control is built based on MATLAB/Simulink platform,and the overall control method is verified theoretically.Aiming at the shortage of traditional PID controller for nonlinear and coupled permanent magnet synchronous motor dynamic system,the incremental fuzzy PID controller is used instead.At the same time,for the shortcomings of fuzzy PID initial parameter is not easy to set,we propose to use the improved genetic algorithm to optimize online,and optimize the simulation analysis,and verify the feasibility of the improved optimization.Based on the results of the simulation,this paper designs the hardware of PMSM speed control system based on DSP chip,including the completion of the main control circuit,inverter circuit,drive circuit,communication circuit and decoding circuit of rotary transformer design sampling,and introduces the structure and function of each module.At the same time,the software development method based on code generation is described in detail,and the realization method of software and hardwareintegration is introduced.At last,the preliminary test is carried out under the condition of hardware and software design,and the validity of the whole system is verified.
