In recent years,with the increase of port throughput,PENAVICOTJ has a great opportunity for development.But,the emergence of shipping agency companies also makes.PENAVICOTJ facing great challenges.ERP system is the centralized reflection of enterprise management thought and business processing level.Only effective evaluation of the application of ERP system can realize the deficiency of operation management,thus improving customer satisfaction and gaining more market share.Based on the analysis of domestic and overseas research,this paper puts forward the research ideas.Firstly,This paper summarizes the development stage of ERP system,the characteristics of system evaluation and other related concepts,and lays the theoretical foundation for the post-order evaluation of the ERP system.Secondly,the application background,implementing module and implementation of goals of ERP system are expounded based on the organizational structure and basic business of PENAVICOTJ.Then,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of existing methods such as D&M model,ABCD detection table and Balanced Score Card,combining with the characteristics of the outside agent industry and the implementation of the ERP system in PENAVICOTJ,the evaluation index system is constructed including five dimensions such as finance,internal operation,customer,learning growth and system characteristics.Then,considering the expert opinions,the weight of evaluation indexes at all levels is calculated based on analytic hierarchy process.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the implementation effect of the system,and the evaluation results are analyzed in depth to provide improvement Suggestions for enterprises.I hope that the evaluation system build and advice put forward can provide referential ideas and direction for PENAVICOTJ's strategic planning,thus improving the level of enterprise management decision.It also provides reference for the system evaluation or enterprise development of other enterprises in the industry.
