Public infrastructure,as the economic production,people's social life and the normal operation of the society provides the indispensable infrastructure services,provides the good operation and development of the society is very important basic material conditions.The port public infrastructure is a key component of the port construction management system,including breakwater,waterway,anchorage,port road and other public facilities.A how's port development,although done port throughput is a very important factor,but more importantly,the development of the port have potential,can achieve sustainable developrment,port production facilities are in good condition is played a crucial role.The maintenance and management of port public infrastructure plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of port production and ensuring the effective realization of investment benefit.Lianyungang Port built firmly establish a regional center of the target,to speed up the article 5 paragraph 8 channel,4 breakwater,7 in anchorage and 3 dredging port road,the construction of public infrastructure running processes,broadening the scope of port infrastructure.With in August 2014 in Lianyungang Port Public Infrastructure Management Center was set up,has arried out a lot of work.Completed the collection,electronic and historical data recovery of port public infrastructure files;It issued the documents such as the measures for the maintenance and management of port facilities in Lianyungang City,and gradually realized the standardization of industry management.To establish the liaison work system for maintenance management,and publicize the relevant provisions and advanced practices of the maintenance of facilities,and enhance the connection with the maintenance responsible person of the port facilities:The research and development of digital management platform,the national pilot,the entire port infrastructure status and data entry rate to achieve more than 90%;In order to promote the maintenance work,the technical condition of the facility has been continuously improved;Solid development of the industry management work,the port public infrastructure maintenance management has been improved.Is in Lianyungang Port public infrastructure maintenance management has carried out a lot of work,have also made some achievements,but still facing the imperfect management system,stable source of funds is not enough,many deficiencies and problems.At the same time,the Country will further implement "the Belt and Road" and other major strategic,Jiangsu coastal development,to build a new "strong rich beauty high" Jiangsu,provinces and cities will continue to push forward economic transformation and upgrading and new urbanization construction,transportation,Jiangsu modernization and the port will accelerate the modernization,also will build a comprehensive international seaport in Lianyungang City center.These "new situations are bound to bring new opportunities for the development of Lianyungang Port,as well as higher requirements and challenges for improving the security capacity of the port's public infrastructure.In this paper,on the basis of a lot of reading literature and actual investigation,selection of Lianyungang Port infrastructure maintenance and management as the research object,using the theory of Public Administration and Political Science,summarizes some port in the successful practices of public infrastructure maintenance management,the maintenance and management work of Lianungang Port infrastructure suggest some improvement opinions.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is the description and interpretation of relevant concepts and theories.The third chapter is the analysis of the maintenance and management of public infrastructure in Lianyungang Port.Chapter four is a reference for the maintenance and management of some port public infrastructure.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures to strengthen the maintenance management of public infrastructure in Lianyungang Port.Chapter 6 is the epilogue.
