With the great development of social life and industrial modernization,while the power network is becoming larger and larger,various levels and loads of various types of loads are connected to the grid.While burdening the grid,it also introduces a large amount of reactive and harmonic components.The static synchronous compensator is an industrial automation device based on power electronic systems.It can compensate the reactive components in the system in real time and suppress harmonics.It is a powerful method to ensure stable operation of power systems,reduce reactive harmonic disturbances,reduce unnecessary production capacity of power generation,and reduce transmission loss.This dissertation first summarizes the research and development history of static synchronous compensators,and describes the development history of static synchronous compensators from reactive power capacitors to modern power electronic technologies and the development of related control algorithms.Mathematical modeling of static synchronous compensation devices for low-voltage systems is derived and system equations are derived.According to the mathematical model,the stability of the system is discussed and studied.The mathematical principle and application of the instantaneous reactive power detection theory are introduced.The related control method of direct current control is studied.It is proposed that the system needs to introduce certain control strategies to ensure the stable operation of the system.The theory of sliding mode variable structure control is researched and the theory of the control mode is given.Based on the mathematical model of the system,the control equations of the variable structure control of the sliding membrane are derived,and the practicality of the controller for the static synchronous compensator is emphasized.The overall control strategy of the system is given.According to the established control system model,computer simulation software was used to simulate and model the whole,and the MATLAB/Simulink system simulation software was used to verify the correctness and practicality of the system.Finally,an actual software and hardware experiment platform was built to perform physical verification based on the DSP28335 controller.Finally verify the correctness of the theory and the reliability of the results.
